Still waiting over 6 weeks for an
Ornament that hasn’t been shipped yet. I requested a refund and was denied.order arrived. Buyer beware. Absolute crap. Not as pictured. Total scam.

How is zero stars not an option. In a moment of weakness I fell for their scam. Sites like these pay to be displayed as ads in games and between videos. Normally easily avoided but the beautiful memorial ornament that was pictured seemed the perfect gift to give my grieving family following the memorial service. Ordered in early August it arrived a month later (tracking only updated after delivery) I open to find instead of the 3d globe ornaments of the website and video, a flat scratched poorly printed piece of plexiglass with the name and image on opposite sides. Non-refundable due to personalization and yet unusable due to severe lack of quality. Company didn’t respond to communication and has three other non-memorial ornaments in my shipment still pending. This company needs to be blocked from doing business to protect customers. If you haven’t already ordered Do Not Waste Your Money!

Ordered personalized mixer ornament which was feathered as looking like a tiny mixer personalized. I got a resin coated photo of the mixer. It is awful cheep looking although it was 33.38 paid. Would be ashamed to give this cheep looking piece of junk to my daughter. What a rip off.

I have ordered this item a while ago and would like to know when I can expect it

They falsely advertise their products and make the look three dimensional when in fact they are a picture placed in a flat acrylic. Their contact info get you know where with no one to address this. Very dissappointed in PayPa that they deal with this company.

Horrible experience. I ordered a Christmas ornament for my mom. It was shown as sea-glass. Over a month later, I received this piece of plastic that looked so cheap. I reached out and they offered me another product in place of it or 15% back. Do not waste your money . I spent $34 for something that will go in the garbage.

The ornament I ordered was advertised as a sea glass ornament personalized with family names. It was pictured with the sea glass pieces framed in silver with shells and a silver star at the top of the tree. I received a piece of acrylic junk, flat plastic with no sea glass or silver trimming. I paid $34 including shipping for something that looks like Temu junk. I tried to contact the merchant for a return but the website is not responding.

I would like to give zero stars. I ordered over a month ago. I've requested tracking and then a refund. They insist its coming but the only screenshot they send says it's in China still. Never order these sentimental items without thoroughly checking reviews. I have no item and no refund after at least 6 or more emails.

I have never been so disappointed in an order in all my life than when I received the ornament I paid $30 for! I was expecting "Custom SEA GLASS", as advertised, (I'm an avid collector of sea glass), but it's nothing but stamped, one-dimensional plastic! I thought maybe the "sea glass" would possibly be manufactured (not real sea glass) and I would have been ok with that. What I got is a cheap, flat, stamped piece of plastic. Your portrayal of the ornament is simply false advertising! I wish there was someplace I could warn other buyers.

I'll keep it only because it has my family's names on it, but I'm disgusted with the pathetic quality.

If I could give this a ZERO I would! Horrible product! Such misleading advertising. Microscopic in size, the "photo" is minuscule and barely visible inside the "ornament." The inscription is not legible and written BACKWARDS on the grainy PLASTIC side. $33 and took over 8 weeks to arrive?? Not worth .3 cents!

I ordered Baking Mixer X’mas Ornament. Artveramemories charged my credit card. In the meantime, I was waiting for order confirmation & receipt for the charge which I did not receive. I got suspicious and check reviews in TrustPilot and found review is only at 1.4. BEWARE! Website is riddled with Bigtime Scammer.

This website is just like all the other scam websites you see in ads on games you play on your phone. They say could have delayed shipping and to ensure address is correct. Read fine print. Don't fall for cute Christmas gifts, you will never receive the item.

Do not trust! Straight from China. Been 3 weeks and item STILL in China. I usually never buy from these pop ups, this looked so cute and is supposed to be a gift. Did not know this was coming from China but would have not ordered if I did. My fault, I didn't do my due diligence so it's on me. This is your warning

The name on the product was so small I cannot even read it. plus quality was not acceptable! sent email and it gets returned as undeliverable!! No way to communicate with them

Misleading pictures. Actual item not as pictured. Overpriced, poor quality merchandise. Long transit time. "Fake" reviews.

This company doesn't deserve 1 star. No delivery of item purchase, no communications about purchase after several attempts. Just as well according to others who have received their shipment. . BUYER BEWARE.

what I thought was wooden item with kids names for anniversary gift was a cheap plastic piece of junk! Cost was that of a better quality item what I got. Definitely a scam. waited almost 3 months, missed both kids Anniversary's.

I can’t begin to tell you how fraudulent this company is. I thought I was purchasing a beautiful glass ornament and what I received is a thin piece of flat plastic. They only will suggest I take a 15% refund. What a joke!!! They charged me $35.98 for this garbage.

I'd leave a zero if I could. They take your order and payment but never send the item

If could give zero. I would. Very cheap looking. Not like picture. Ashamed to give to my friend whose son died!! Never will I order from you again
