Do not use this company. My item was received with the wrong name and customer service does not return any emails I have sent regarding this error.

I ordered an abject from the studio When I received, it looked nothing like it was pitched, I am trying to get in touch with them and I haven't found a way to. The website doesn't seem to exist only if you want to buy something any ideas.

I had to put 1 star just to get to this step. They don’t even deserve that. I ordered and item from this company two months ago. I never received it. These guys are scam artists they take your money and claim they shipped it in a container with a tracking number. I went to my local post office where it shows the container stopped then was shipped back to it original point of origin. My package was not in it because they never shipped it. Do not waste your money do not buy anything from this company.

Well, when do I begin, it took a month to get the product and then when I received it the date on it was Miss printing and I did put the correct date. I have on there and second it doesn’t look like the picture. The picture makes it look like it’s more like a glass symbol. My product looks like it has lamination on it so therefore I would like to have this job because it’s very disappointing. You can’t trust people with their advertisement. I have tried 3 emails and still no response 🤬

I ordered 2 personalized items from this company in May for my granddaughter’s graduation, totaling over $53.00. It is now July 17, I still haven’t received either of the items. I was sent an email saying that the items were delivered to my mailbox (which is a locked box) on June 25. Needless to say, I never received these items. Maybe this doesn’t seem like a lot of money, but to a senior citizen, living on social security, it is a huge amount to just give someone without getting what they ordered. It seems like this company is washing their hands in this matter, since they believe their products were delivered and I promise you, they were not! I will not order from this company again and strongly recommend that everyone else avoid ordering anything from this company.

I ordered 2 items. I received someone else’s order. I contacted the company through email and was told they would resend my order. Weeks later After several more unanswered emails, I received an update on one of my orders. Still haven’t received an update nor the other order. When I asked for a refund they stopped replying to my email.

Ripped me off. Never received anything from them. They are no longer responding to me. Might as well throw your money in the garbage.

I was one of the suckers that fell for this advertisement. I wouldn’t even give a star if that were possible. I tried to purchase an item for my wife for our anniversary. It still has not arrived now going on 40 days. Says it delayed due to postage assessment. When I contacted the company they just keep sending me the tracking number. Now they don’t even respond. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY.

A young lady from my church just graduated from college and I ordered what I thought was a really nice key chain with her name on it. Of course it looked nice in the ad and it comes engraved. When it arrived 1st - for over $30 and change I expected better quality than a cheap piece of plastic. 2nd - the front side (which is clear and shiny) shows her name backwards. When I turned it over to the dull and fuzzy looking side the name was forward and spelled correctly. When I tried to contact the company to tell them their mistake I couldn't get through to them. The page keeps telling me to sign up with my email but it doesn't have a way to get in touch with them. This is a SHAM!!! Also a waste of money and time.

Ordered what looked to be a nice 3D commemorative for my wife and myself 40th anniversary what I got was a flat piece of plexiglass that I wouldn't even put inside of a fish tank. And if you think you're going to get a hold of somebody to rectify the situation don't even bother because you can't get a hold of anybody stay clear of this place

The product I ordered from them is absolute garbage! It was printed paper under acrylic and had scratches and bubbles all over it! It was supposed to be a Christmas present for my oldest granddaughter and her husband. I wouldn’t give this thing away for free! 🤬 I just sent them an email stating I want a complete refund. Ordered, never received a confirmation #, never received a processing order #, when emailed support, bot reply, when answering reply, same reply different name, took from bank account, I Definitely fell victim to this scam out $54, Don’t advise to use this website!!!!

If I could give this DiyPrintStudio a zero rating I would. First off, everything about their advertising on the site is fake and the pictures you see of the items you think you are getting are stolen off of sites like Etsy. The site is not located in New York or in the USA for that matter. The shipping time is a lie. They state around 10 days. This is when I started doing my research. They eventually send you a tracking number that is in Chinese language. There is no phone number contact, only an email. Their tracking info and company is all foreign with no real valid info. Finally after 30 days my gift arrived. What a joke, it is a ridiculous looking picture of the item that is sealed in acrylic. The customer service person I contacted to inquire about shipping was evasive to my concerns and of no real help. I also did some research on Ai about this company and soon learned it was a scam website. I lost almost $50. on a crappy piece of plastic. Do not use this site, it is definitely a scam and waste of money and time. You will not get what you think you are getting.

Items I ordered were nothing like the photos online. I ordered a little statue that was supposed to be 2 hearts on a base, and LOOKED like it was made of wood. What I received were plastic pieces that were cheap, scratched, and broken. I've been communicating with customer service and the best they could offer was an exchange for similarly priced items. I'd rather not get anything else from this company, but I don't think a 15% refund, or a 20% coupon is fair at all. These are junk items and possibly a scam...we'll see what they come back with.

I ordered a statue of two hearts adjoining with customize names on them and the date of the wedding and I thought according to the picture of it that they were glass or acrylic or something like that. But what I got instead was a cut out piece of cardboard with a picture of what I ordered. I am really disappointed in this and I have tried to contact you previously about this to no avail so I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and turn you in for that.

What I received was the cheapest scratched up piece of junk not what I was looking at so I got ripped off. My advise is to please stay away. It’s a scam.

I ordered 2 items. Both items looked like they had carved wood bases with 2 hearts added to them. However, the items that arrived were made of single cheap pieces of pressed plastic with pictures of the carved wood & hearts attached. The base also is not what is shown online. The online photos show 1 solid piece, with the piece of wood as the base. In reality it is not one piece but another small piece of plastic with a slot in it that the cheap heart fits into. If a 0 was offered for a review that's what I would give this product!
