I bought one of their mirrors for $4500. It took a while but arrived in good condition. The issue is pricing. After I ordered i found it on another site for a $1000 less at Aliexpress Same mirror. They are not very competitive. Suggest you do a through search before you give them an order. I should have done more research. Their order 3375007

Regarding pricing, while there are visually similar stainless steel mirrors available online, not all stainless steel products are manufactured to the same standards. The mirror you purchased is hand-forged using substantially thicker stainless steel and a significantly higher-grade finish than the lower-cost alternatives commonly found online.
These differences are often difficult to identify from photographs alone, but they have a major impact on durability, structural integrity, and long-term appearance. Our stainless steel mirrors are designed to maintain their beauty and performance for decades and, with proper care, can last well over 100 years.
By contrast, many lower-cost products are manufactured using thinner materials and lower-quality finishing processes, which can lead to discoloration, fading, corrosion, peeling, or other forms of deterioration within just a few years. In fact, we regularly hear from customers who initially purchased less expensive alternatives elsewhere and after experiencing premature wear and quality issues, end up replacing their "cheaper" mirrors with our stainless steel mirrors.
We understand that price is an important factor in any purchasing decision, and we encourage customers to carefully compare materials, craftsmanship, construction methods, and long-term value, not just appearance.

I woukd give 0 stars if possible. Placed a small rug order April 26. Never got a receipt. Had to email after several weeks to get that. Finally received package on May 17 only to find it to be very low quality and not worth the over $250 I paid. The return policy says full refund. However, it took several emails just to get a response. There is no plan on their website for returns. You have to wait to hear back from someone. When I finally did after several emails, I was told they had to check with their manager in order to get a return label sent to me with their address. They refused to email me their address after I asked several times in order to understand if I would be shipping it back internationally or not. The other option was to keep the rug and get 50% back. After they refused to give me their address or a clear answer about sending me the return label, I did not trust them enough to send my package back and actually get a full refund. So I felt forced to just take the 50% refund and keep the ridiculously low quality rug that my son cannot use. The interesting part was that I received that refund within an hour of emailing them and saying that I would take that option. They clearly had been monitoring my emails the whole time and taking a long time to respond on purpose, probably to force me to take that option. The entire thing felt like a scam. They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Do not buy from this company. Ever!

Ordered something from ArtZMiami. After two weeks the site said order was not shipped yet. I contacted them asking if they had an estimate as to when they might ship it and they cancelled the order with a smiley face emoji.
Edit, just read the reply. Nobody contacted me and your site at the time did not say no shipping to Hawaii. You are bullshitting liars. Negative reviews about the item make me happy you cancelled the order but you are still a garbage company.

Do not order from them! The pictures online look cool but when you get the item, itâs is literally made in China. We paid 100s of dollars on some items that looked cool but when we got them, you could literally see the mold press on the items. It is so cheap that you could buy it from like Walmart for 10 bucks. We paid 150 each for several art pieces totaling around 700. One was a hand sculpture etc. we expected high quality items as they say online but they lie. They seem to be drop shipping from china.
