Don’t use this company. We were charged a high (nearly £90) call out fee and were told we’d receive a quote for some work within a couple of hours. Five days later nothing. I called several times and was each time told someone would call me back but they didn’t. It seems we have lost our money!

Work clearly finished within one hour, deliberatlely stretched out to two, admin fee outrageous. Was told callout 89.00, too stressed to read read small print, bill of £1200. DO NOT USE.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A SCAM AND WILL CHARGE YOU A HUGE AMOUNT WITHOUT CARRYING OUT ANY WORK.

GO TO A REPUTABLE PLUMBING COMPANY INSTEAD.

Absolute rip off. Needed a waste pipe replacing. Plumber disappeared for 3 hours. Offered to come back the next day, arrived 3 hours after he said he would, ended up getting charged nearly 2 grand. Insane. Never ever use this company.

Absolute rip off company. Water pouring from our ceiling with no stopcock in the house to switch it off I found these guys from a quick google search and rang them in a panic to get them to come and switch off the water from the mains on the street. They advised a £99 call out charge.
When the plumber arrived he was rude and in no hurry to get the water off, which was pouring into our lounge, until he’d assessed and got a quote emailed to us and agreed. The quote came through at £629 per hour or part there of. Hugely excessive but we were left with very little options given the circumstances. He started advising he might not have the part to fix the pipe (not a difficult fix in the end!) and would have to go get it and we’d be charged for the time he was away, after saying we’d just have to water switched off he miraculously found he did have the part. Took him just under an hour and we got a nice little surprise admin fee of £162 on top that was in the small print of the quote (which in our haste to get the water to stop pouring we didn’t read). Less than an hours work and a simple fix turned into over £1100. To say we feel taken advantage of is an understatement.

I would give 0 if I could. Do not use! The engineer come out quoted me £1400 including VAT to take a bath panel off and fix the a leak and put the bath panel back on! Upon leaving my property he told me he had to charge me £2400 as there was more work. At no point doing the work did he tell me it would cost more. He completely damaged my skirting board and bath panel. Received the report said recommendations- at no point did it say the job had been completed. The invoice states their labour fee was £1700?!Spoke to the manger Simon , who was awful and tried to justify their prices! No parts were used apart mastic £15. I will be taking legal action on them and reporting them to trading standards as this company should not be operating at all! They are a scam and break every consumer law going

They knew about the problem from the start, they still pretended to look for solution, which turned out not satisfactory, wasted our time and made us pay for it.

Charged a £59 call-out fee, which seemed very reasonable at first. However, for what turned out to be a simple blockage — later cleared by another plumber in around 35 minutes — this company wanted to charge over £250 per hour.

This wasn’t late at night or during the weekend either; it was early afternoon on a normal weekday. I completely understand and expect emergency rates, but anything over £150 per hour for this type of work feels excessive. In my opinion, the pricing was completely unreasonable.

their bullshit website saying "no hidden fees" is a lie. They charge £48 to show up and then charge outrage amounts for anything they touch. They charged me £210 pounds for opening a cabinet. Be careful, and try and find someone else.

I contacted ASAP24/7 Plumbers Ltd because a member of our club reported there was no hot water. After checking the commercial boiler cupboard myself, I discovered a small leak dripping onto the boiler, apparently coming from a heating pump. This had triggered the safety fuses and cut the electricity supply to the boiler.

I called ASAP24/7 Plumbers Ltd and was told the initial call-out charge would be £150, plus any labour and materials required. I agreed.

Their engineer arrived around two hours later. After only a very brief inspection, he immediately claimed the pump was “gone” and that it was “a miracle the place hadn’t caught fire.” Almost instantly, he quoted me nearly £1,400 to repair it, or £4,300 to replace it if it couldn’t be repaired. I was shocked.

He said he would “try his best” to repair it and asked me to confirm by text message that I approved the £1,400 work. About 10 minutes later, he said another part also needed replacing and that it would cost an additional £320, again asking me to confirm by text.

Another 10 minutes later, he told me the office would email me a quote which I would also need to approve. By this point, the work was already underway and I had already twice confirmed the £1,400 and £320 charges.

Shortly afterwards I received the quote and discovered hidden within the contract an additional “admin fee” of 20% of the total cost — another £389 added on top.

So in the end, for roughly an hour’s work to stop a small leak and replace unspecified “materials,” they charged me almost £2,800.

To make matters worse, they still could not guarantee that we would actually have hot water afterwards because, according to them, they had “only fixed the leak.”

Absolute joke of a company. You’ve been warned.

Scam. Paid 500 pounds for absolutely nothing. Had to cancel to avoid a 1000 pound invoice on a minor repair that costs less than 150. Not sure the “plumber” had any idea what he was doing

Rubbish company. Rude plumber. Ridiculous exorbitant price to just drain a clogged bath. They are a SCAM. Never patronize them!

Absolutely terrible!!!! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! That is a WARNING! They not only rip you off, their engineer knew nothing about plumbing ; woke everybody up in the night drilling and vacuuming; broke my lavatory flush, spent two hours talking rubbish and went in to my room when the Bank was verifying the extortionate payment. In fact, I had to call another plumber in to finish his mistakes. Please, please, please, learn from my £1, 200.00 mistake!

Do not be scammed - they quote a call out of £45 add vat . Show up literally do nothing and quote extortionate prices - avoid !! And only when engineer or plumber is at you property do they give you the ridiculous quote of…

Find out fault in boiler stupid machanic spent 45 minutes and I said what the prophet really I am looking I realised he don’t know anything so I said take call out charges and go.
He start arguments and charge me 460 pounds for nothing.next day we call another boiler man and he fix within 30 minutes and he charge me £70.it was sensor issues.

Workers work at 1 mile per hour to make sure work trips into the next hour, one guy was like a statue I have NEVER seen anyone work so slowly
Highly unfair practice of charging for the whole hour even if they work 1 minute of an hour, gives staff no incentive to work efficiently, COMPLETE SCAM!
They add HIDDEN FEES into the small print of the invoice such as trying to charge extra for the jet wash, even though they use YOUR WATER!
The admin fee is 20% which is a complete SCAM, it costs no more to send an invoice for a £200 job than a £1000 pound job, highly unusual, should be reported to trading standards
People in the office on the phone are dishonest and do not explain honestly about how much things cost and the hidden fees
Conveniently they don't speak English when they are under pressure and are caught lying

Absolutely rubbish company rang up and the lady that answered the phone was not professional at all call out was £49 paid £50 no change was given invoice was £58.80 and to fix toilet £249 for a 5 min job when rang company to complain was told what do u want me to do about it please do not use this company big scammers stay away

If I could give 0 I would. Absolute scam of a company. They prey on people who are in a bind and charge exorbitant prices. £400 to fit a £3 cap at the end of a burst pipe! On site for 40 mins. They insist on a bank transfer knowing fully well that it’ll be next to impossible for customers to go through their credit card company to try and claw back the money for the sham work they did.

They have been very correct with the eta and the work aswell They came in time very respectful i will suggest them 100% to everyone

One of the best company I’ve ever called. I had a leak coming from my ceiling two other plumber came and they didn’t know what they’re doing but ASAP 24/7 plumbers sent someone very experienced. He sorted out all my problem with the reasonable price. I will 100% recommend them.
