When I visited Dr. Umar with intense jaw pain, it turned out my previous filling was too deep, leading to a severe infection. Under NHS care, he was the only dentist who welcomed me during my urgent situation. His meticulous, methodical, and professional approach left me deeply grateful. On my first visit, he relieved my weeks-long pain by drilling into the tooth and applying medication. Unlike others who kept delaying my treatment, he addressed the issue promptly. I'm truly thankful for his professional handling and how he managed to treat me with minimal discomfort over several appointments, probably 8 or 9. Remarkably, all this was done through the NHS. Despite the complexity of my tooth's deep nerves and other dentists suggesting a specialist for a private root canal, he managed it himself, although he did seek advice from a specialist friend. His dedication has earned my loyalty as his patient for life, whether under the NHS or privately.

I came to Dr Umar with a sharp pain in my jaw, apparently the tooth filling i had done in my bottom tooth, second to last one, was bit too deep and was causing an infection deep within. I needed this treatment under NHS review, and he was the only Dentist who accepted me in time of my great need. He so carefully, methodically and professionally handled my case I cannot describe my appreciation. The first time when I was in too much pain, he drilled in the tooth and added some meds there. Right away I had big relief in my pain which I had been in for many weeks. Other dentist and NHS pushing me around all that time. I am so thankful to him and so impressed with his professionalism and how with every appointment, with minimum discomfort to me, he so carefully treated me all through. It took quite a few appointment, I guess about 8 or 9 of them. Best of all he offered me this treatment all under NHS. My tooth was quite tricky, the nerves were quite deep, while the other dentist had said the root canal will likely fail and they asked me to take this to "specialist" for root canal, privately, he did this all by himself, not being a specialist. But he did mentioned he consulted a specialist friend he knew.. I am so thankful to him for the treatment he gave me and I am sticking to this dentist rest of my life, NHS or Privately however it may happen in future.

The practice and the staff are very accommodating and friendly. I was about to walk away because they were closed but they managed to flag me down and entertain me inside. I am grateful they are understanding and patient with me especially at my age. I hope they continue operating like this and more success to you.

Super happy with the work carried out by the fantastic Dr Umar and his nurse Puja today.
The appointment started on time and I was given a detailed explanation of my treatment today. I felt cared for and i was pleased to be able understand what the treatment was, why I needed it and how can avoid in the future ⭐ loved this.

To day I attended Ascot practice to see Tamara for a final check regarding my teeth whitening treatment. Tamara as usual was kind and caring and always makes me feel as if I’m her only patient she was pleased with the outcome as was I my teeth are now amazingly white , so forgive me for saying “I can’t stop smiling “ Thank you Tamara and the team for your kindness and efforts on my behalf, “you made my day” looking forward to my next appointment

Had to have a dreaded root canal on a tooth that had a bad infection. Umar (sorry if spelling is wrong) was excellent, he took his time to fully explain my options, fully explained what he is was going to do, and continually checked that I was ok during the procedure. I fully recommend Umar and the central practice team for all your dental needs. 5*

Have been treated at Ascot Dental practice over the few last months and am always put at my ease by Dr Tamara, Ruby and the reception team. They are professional whilst being kind and reassuring. I almost look forward to going to the dentist now!

Wasn't completely great, but it never is with me having injections, I'm a wus! Tamara was brilliant as usual, calmed me, whooped my tooth out and placed my brace in. Ta da! Thank you!

My wife resides in a Care Home, suffering memory and cognitive limitations. She was escorted to Ascot Dental by a nurse. Talking to my wife after her visit to the dentist, I was pleased to learn that it was 'a nice place I went to yesterday'.
The nurse informed me that my wife was treated with kindness and courtesy during her routine visit.

The dentist was excellent, very considerate and caring - even if the treatment was necessarily grueling.

Excellent as always

From the moment of arriving at a bright clean welcoming reception I felt calm and relaxed. The hygienist was so gentle and thorough explaining every step she took and why. Even at my age I learnt a lot from her advice. She obviously very much enjoyed her work and was pleased to share her knowledge.

Fantastic service and treatment was excellent and very thorough. Definitely recommend as your permanent practice
