I rang the Customer Service Department today and spoke with Lee. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and my enquiry was resolved positively and quickly.

Left my home unsafe
A ‘repair’ made by shade greener left over 3500 ppm of carbon monoxide in the flue! Why was this not tested at the time? We only found out as luck had it yearly maintenance was booked the next day!
The boiler was shut off and a warning sticker put on - the next engineer that came out didn’t seem concerned at all said the last engineer just couldn’t be bothered to fix it and as he couldn’t get the warning sticker off just scribbled over it and wrote ‘safe’.

A SHADE GREENER BOILERS
We've had a boiler from ASG for 12 years on which the company provide annual maintainence. On the odd occasion we have a problem the company has always been very helpful and sent out one of their engineers asap( usually within 24hrs) to rectify.
This was the case when Rob arrived at 10am this morning and sorted out the issue within the hour.

Every year i have to go through the same thing with this company staff are rude there right and my agreement now has hidden costs £450 after ten years clam it's an over site on there behalf becks that apparently knows everything about the agreement i took out made this assumption
Their engineer's visit
Their engineer, Rob, came on time and sorted out the problem with our thermostat by installing a new one after carrying out tests to determine what the issue was.
He also checked why the boiler loses pressure and contacted Viesman so that they can make arrangement to replace the faulty part.
Brilliant fast service from Rob
Brilliant fast service from Rob, lost heating and hot water, house got cold quickly, as did I. Engineer came out same afternoon as I called them this morning. Fixed it quickly and efficiently

Firstly the last engineer to visit our home and complete a service was fantastic. Gave great information to help us understand the boiler better, was quick, tidy and extremely knowledgeable. Also to add to this I required the installation certificate and the last service certificate both of which I'd lost and the agent I called sent them within minutes, no fuss, no explanations needed it was just done. Very good good service recently which has been a real help.

Have been with ASG for a long while and have never had a problem with them, great from the purchase and all the follow on support and maintenance.
We had a problem with the boiler making a lot of noise when igniting so called up ASG 10 minutes before the office closed. Even so, they were happy to help but wouldn't be able to give me a time until the next day when they promised to call.
The next day, they called with the appointment and told me what they thought it was but reassured me the boiler was fine to use.
A few days later, the engineer (Rob) turned up and not only fixed the problem in minutes, but spotted a couple of other problems that would have tuned into faults in the near future. He had all the parts on his van and even though he didn't have to, he fixed them all before they developed into a fully fledged fault.
Had a great chat as he was working.
After many years, still very happy with ASG and the service their engineers provide.

I can’t speak more highly of this company. Rang on Monday with a boiler issue and the engineer was with us on Tuesday morning to fix the problem. From initial phone call to an excellent customer service to the professionalism of the work force, I couldn’t ask for more. Rob was our engineer who was polite, respectful & professional. Rob listened to our concerns and was able to fix the issue explaining what was happening and what he’d done. We felt safe with him on the property too. We’ve been customers for along time and to date have never encountered a problem with the outstanding service they provide… thank you!
Boiler issue.
We have been with this company or over 10 years with the boiler they installed, yearly servicing prompt with good communications, wireless timer replaced prompt when the original failed, we telephoned them on the 3rd January 2025 with a hot water issue arranged a call out for the 6th fully happy with the response time, Rob the boiler engineer text with an ETA, very pleasant and informative etc, overall as yet no complaints with this company, happy with there services & conduct.
