Rob the engineer was very professional and knowledgeable, fixed the boiler in record time with no fuss, I would highly recommend, well done great service.

Just had engineer out, Rob. A Shade Greener did a brilliant job. We now have hot water again and he sorted out the timer as well. Cleaned up after job, replaced failed parts and worked quickly and efficiently - would highly recommend.

Rob is very polite and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and fixed it. He was very thorough in his inspections.

I had a boiler issue which was dealt with by Scott. Although he couldn’t book an appointment with the engineer straight away, he called me back within minutes with an appointment for the next working day. The calls were handled professionally and efficiently. Thanks.

Rob did a very good and clean job so pleased.

Booked a call out thru ASG was having problems with two items code 031 which is some flue problem causing the system to shut down, and a faulty pressure gauge. Engineer Ben arrived on the appointed day was efficient, polite, quick to rectify the problems and worked very clean, left the heating and water system up and running as it should be, thank you Ben and ASG.

Our boiler broke down on a Sunday morning. No heating or hot water.
When reporting it to ASG we were met with an answer machine and we left a message. This set off alarm bells as we signed up for 24/7 emergency call out, and after reading other reviews we started to fear the worst.
We eventually got a call back Monday morning.
Long story short Viessman couldn't come out until Friday. Needless to say I wasn't happy. ASG managed to get us an engineer Tuesday morning.
Rob was a lifesaver (very tenacious, bless him) and managed to fix what looked like an impossible fix.
Response time not so good, but staff and service fabulous.

Rob came to fix a fault with my heating,he notified me before hand of arrival time and was prompt ,he fixed the fault and noticed another issue that he also fixed, very happy with the service he provided and would recommend him to anyone.

Engineer Rob sent text with ETA and arrived within the 30 min window. Friendly and efficient, diagnosed and resolved the problem. Great job.

Rob was really excellent. He let us know approximately what time he would call and he was right on time. He examined the boiler and condenser and diagnosed the leak issue quickly. He went over and above to fix the issue clambering over the luggage in the loft to repair a pipe. Very personable and friendly- we couldn’t praise higher.

Excellent service. Engineer Rob arrived exactly at the time his message stated. He was very professional and polite, and had the boiler up and running very quickly. Unfortunately he had to return the following day due to the thermostat not syncing with the boiler, but he replaced the thermostat and receiver and resolved the problem in no time at all.

Responsive - next day repair, polite, friendly.
Waited for a while outside even when I didn't hear the door for quite a while - didn't just rush off!

Rang this morning as my boiler was not tuening the heating on. I spoke to Jodie who knew exactly what the problem was, and was able to help me over the phone. She went through each step slowly with me and helped me straight away. She eas very helpful and lovely to talk to.
