One star is too much! Boots arrived, not as advertised, cant even get my feet into them! SCAM!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY If I could give 0, I would. They say returns accepted, what they don’t tell you is that returns are international shipping and can cost £30-£40

I bought some Cowboy Boots as a present. Free Royal Mail Express delivery took 19 days. And missed the birthday so I needed to return them. After many emails trying to find out why there was a delay and later that I didnt need them any more. I was told I could get a refund and to message them for details. It took 3 emails to get these 'details' one of which was a $20-40 postal charge. But they were sent Royal Mail!! Yes but returns are abroad. This is really hard to find on the webpage. And had been completely sidelined in the 8-10 emails sent between us. I was then offered a small refund and to keep them! But they weren't my size. I.mean really what an ABSOLUTE CON.

They have taken my money and sent me something way too late. I am unable to do anything about it apart fromale a bad review. This review cost me £43

I ordered some shoes only to be told they were out of stock. I replied via email, cancelled my order and asked for a refund.
I was offered store credit or a partial refund - both of which are totally unacceptable. I have had to fight the company every step of the way to get them to finally agree to a full refund, only for the refund not to arrive. I am now having to fight the company via help from my bank.
I do not recommend this company at all.

Ordered on the 23rd of September. It is now the 8th of October and still not received my items .
The tracking system is useless and unable to track via Royal Mail as tracking number is invalid. Really disappointed I have not received my item yet. In doubt it will actually turn up! (If I do receive it soon) I will update my review.
