Ashton Lee Surveyors レビュー

From start to finish, really professional service. Lee managed to book a survey in super quickly, I explained my concerns about the property and Lee understood I was a nervous buyer. Although my second purchase, this is my first house and I really appreciated the level of detail in the report. Everything is super clear and really thorough, lots of good pictures which is really handy anyway as a buyer but also for context of the report. Would not hesitate to use Lee again, really reasonable price, nice company to deal with and nothing is too much trouble.

They took the time to answer all my questions and provided valuable insights into the property, which really helped me feel confident in my purchase decision. The report was detailed and well-organized, highlighting both key strengths and any areas to consider in a balanced way. I appreciated the friendly and approachable communication throughout. I recently had the pleasure of working with Lee for a property survey, and I can't recommend him highly enough! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Lee delivered a detailed report that was thorough yet incredibly easy to understand—he avoided overwhelming technical jargon, which is often a challenge with these types of documents.

The report was not only well-written but also paired with clear, high-quality photos. This dual-coding approach made it easy to visualize and understand the conditions he described, helping me feel confident and informed about my purchase.

Additionally, Lee was readily available when I needed clarification about one aspect of the survey. He went above and beyond by explaining the seriousness of the issue and offering practical advice on how to move forward. His expertise and approachable manner made a huge difference in helping me make informed decisions.

If you're looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and customer-focused surveyor, Lee is the person to call! Thanks again, Lee, for making this process so much easier for me.

After lots of careful consideration we asked Lee from Ashton Lee Surveyors to carry out a homebuyers survey and we're so glad that we did.
We were blown away by the thoroughness and level of detail. The report covered the obvious things that you would expect from a homebuyer survey but also small things that wouldn't necessarily impact our decision to purchase but has created a lovely little snagging list of things to do when we move in.
The aftercare provided by Lee is first class. He makes himself available to answer any questions you have from the report, explaining them in layman's terms so that you don't feel blinded by terminology. He has helped us ask the right questions and offered advice/guidance on the responses received via our conveyancer.
We would not hesitate to use Ashton Lee again and would highly recommend to anyone needing a surveyor.

Just received our survey from Lee for our new house in Surrey. Wow! So much detail, helpful context and so many pictures! Even answered very random niggling questions in my head such as ‘What are my kitchen worktops made of?’
We only looked at our house once before offering so we’re so appreciative of such a thorough survey and feel armed with all the information we could possibly need to proceed with completion. Thank you so much Ashton Lee Surveyors! Professional, reliable and detailed. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. 🏡✅

We hadn’t needed a survey like this before and we were so impressed with how comprehensive it was and the level of detail.
