This is our second home purchase and both times used JDC (Martin Fairchild) i can't recomand them enough. always helpfull and friendly, helped to make decision and guide us. durings this times i recomanded JDC to others, for sure i know that two of them used JDC and were happy with service provided.

I have used JDC IFA for a number of years, in a personal and professional capacity and the service from them has always been exceptional. If you are looking for a smooth, stress free service from a knowledgeable and professional IFA, then you should be choosing JDC IFA. Recent economic events have meant that I have been feeling extremely stressed out about re-mortgaging and finding a competitive interest rate. Martin Fairchild at JDC not only completed by re-mortgage application promptly, but gave me suitable options to consider, eventually securing a very competitive interest rate and giving me peace of mind that I'd be able to remain in my home. Buying a new home/re-mortgaging can be be stressful process and you want an IFA who will work hard to provide you with suitable and competitive options. I had a really bad experience before using JDC IFA, I personally wouldn't consider using any other firm. Thank you Martin Fairchild and the rest of the JDC team for all your help. I've been using this broker since buying my property in 2020. They are absolutely brilliant, very professional with knowledge of every kind of mortgage and purchasing scheme, including affordable housing, discount market sales etc.

Martin will have your mortgage completed in no time at all, no stress, no worries. Then when it comes to getting a new deal they can do that for you again & again without charge. You only pay once when you first apply for a mortgage with them.

I tired going alone this time and got in a mess with a new lender, Martin bailed me out and got a new deal completed in 1 WEEK.
