Wish I had read the reviews first. It’s been five days with zero movement on my order. They have no timeline for shipping, but they also won't process a refund until the item leaves their warehouse. Terrible policy.

Wow wish I had read reviews first ...I'm disabled and their customer services aftersales is terrible.

Me han cobrado antes de recibir el pedido , SEUR ha cambiado la fecha y dirección de entrega sin haber intentado hacer la entrega en la dirección habitual.....me ha amenazado diciendo que me iba a bannear el pedido y lo iba a tener que realizar nuevamente , llamas y vuelves a llamar y no te dan ni el dinero ni el artículo. Tened cuidado con Asics outlet que trabajan fatal y encima no piden ni siquiera disculpas por hacer las cosas tan mal.

Jeetje... ik weet niet meer wat ik zeggen moet aangezien ik sinds januari aan het mailen ben om een retour verwerkt te krijgen. Steeds weer wordt hetzelfde reactie gestuurd: of ik wel een verzendbewijs wil mailen.. als ik dat vervolgens doe krijg ik geen reactie meer. Uiteindelijk mail ik weer met het verzoek om een reactie en krijg ik een mail dat ze het artikel niet hebben ontvangen...geen reactie op mijn verzendbewijs. Aangezien er maar één persoon lijkt te werken bij de asics outlet klantenservice vraag ik me af of ik ooit mijn geld nog terug krijg voor het geretourneerde item. Dat verwacht je niet van een bedrijf waarvan de schoenen zo ontzettend goed zijn!

Ordered off this site and order was randomly cancelled early hours next morning (no explanation why it was cancelled)

Contacted them and was told that the item had run out of stock but the site was delayed and showing in stock.

Almost a week later the item I ordered that was cancelled is still showing in stock!

I don't believe about the site being delayed otherwise stock wouldn't be showing still a week later.

Used my card to test ordering on a friends account and same thing happened where order was cancelled. So resulted in 2 lots of money coming out of my account and then being refunded.

I've lost out on my 10% off first order as tried placing another order and discount couldn't be used.

Wo t be ordering off these again as I don't genuinely know what's in stock and what's not.

Advertising stock that doesn't exist the orders go through and get cancelled days later. They arnt stupid making money off people's money sitting in their account. Disgraceful and the product is still on website weeks later.

2 weeks to deliver, no assistance from customer service and you need a printer to return and they wont provide an alternative

Took 37.04 from my daughters account for a pair of ASICS trainers. Site looked legitimate. Trainers never received. Bank won’t help as transaction can be traced to us so not strictly fraudulent. Company not replying to emails. Hmmmmm - maybe not so legitimate after all! I will be reporting to trading standards.

THIS SITE IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I thought I was ordering a pair of ASICS trainers.I knew something wasn’t right when I got to the checkout and it said payment unsuccessful. However as alarm bells were ringing I checked my online banking and a transaction was pending to a random Chinese website. I got an order confirmation (which didn’t confirm what I’d ordered and a tracking number). All the emails I received were clearly not from an Asics domain.Three weeks later a fake Cartier ring has just been delivered. I am trying to pursue a dispute with the bank. Fortunately the transaction amount wasn’t huge but don’t let yourself be fooled into thinking you are getting a bargain. AVOID!!!!!!

I wish I had come here and read the comments first. Bought some trainers from a supposedly UK based company, was told 5-7 days delivery. Got the tracking number and lo and behold, my trainers are in Germany. Why do companies still use UPS? They have got to be the worlds worst courier, yes even worse than Hermes. So 7 days later, they are still in Germany, missed the plane out due to customs, still have my original delivery date though. 24 hours later, the EXACT same tracking message, missed plane out due to customs. Anyway, booked a day off work for the delivery (Wednesday by the end of day) to sit there all day, only for the delivery date to disappear on Thursday morning, to, we will add a date when we know. Anyway, after 14 days it eventually arrives, open the box, only to find a completely different pair of trainers. Not only that, they was a completely different brand. How can a supposed straight from manufacturer order arrive with a completely random brand of trainers in the box? Now I thought at first it could be a dodgy returns mistake, but these trainers were brand new and likely to be more expensive than the ones I ordered, so that’s unlikely. This company is purposely misleading customers by pretending they’re in the UK and offering completely unrealistic delivery times. Needless to say they’ve gone back and apparently their refund timeframes are twice as long as their deliveries, so that’s something to look forward too. Luckily I used PayPal, so a claim has been opened.

One word, SCAM. Stay away from this site.

Tragic. Sent the wrong size, which is a mistake. No big deal. But the returns process is horrific, laboured, and time-consuming. The absolute state of this whole operation, and it's mostly made worse by the horrible UPS returns channel. Never again.

This is definitely a scam. I ordered some goods early in the month and 2 weeks later, no idea when they will arrive or why the delay. The tracking number told me I would receive my goods on a certain date, well that has passed three times now and each time the customer service team just tells you to 'check the tracking' link rather than actually looking into it. Their online chat function is an automated robot and their email customer service function is well hidden on the website for good reason. DO NOT use this company, I've had to rake back my money via my credit card provider.

I ordered a pair of Asics trainers because I have plantar fasciitis and doctor advised for me to purchase a pair of running shoes with soft inners, so ordered off this site.

After ordering I came onto this site to check out reviews and was upset and annoyed that I was going to be ripped off by this company, however, only 15 mins ago I had my delivery and to say I was shocked is an understatement. The trainers are a true Asics brand and identical to what I ordered.

I'm Exceptionally happy and relieved and I just hope anyone reading this will experience the same outcome as me, but please still be cautious.

My order came from Germany. So looks as if there's another company claiming to be the same.

Would be good to have a response from the vendor.

I tried to return 2 pairs of runners but the process to do so nearly made me weep. They don't include shipment return forms, you have to print them out yourself. You can't do this on your phone, it has to be a laptop - this took me about 5 calls to different departments to discover. The customer service line is never open (try first thing in the morning) and the UPS customer service line sends you round in circles. It's now 2 months later and 3 promises it's been activated/escalated but still nothing. I do have a case number (which means nothing tbh). Apparently, the return doesn't automatically generate a refund, which is utterly ridiculous. I will never use this retailer again and I urge you to do the same. Worst service I've ever received. I don't know how they can get it so wrong.

He realizado un pedido y después de pagar me lo anulan, pero con el cargo a mi tarjeta de crédito. Dicen que no esta disponible y yo compruebo que sigue a la venta en la web. Estoy a la espera que me devuelvan el dinero, creo que me costara , ya que han anulado pate del pedido, no todo, supongo que para no devolverme el dinero o enviarme los artículos. Compren aquí no es una empresa seria.

Please DO NOT BUY FROM ANY ASICS ONLINE SITE.
The ASICS OUTLET site is a sacm, please don't be a victim of fraud like me.
I have lost £115 from this company, they will take your money but you will never receive any goods.
I have now contacted my bank for a section 75 chargeback process to be initiated as this is the only way I may have a chance to claim my money back but this is not guaranteed.
DONT'T BE A VICTIM LIKE I HAVE BEEN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
