ASM Auto Recycling Ltd. レビュー

Was very impressed with the service. Friendly, helpful and efficient.

The ASM team really couldn't have been more helpful. They steered me through the process, gave me advice when I needed it, both through the booking and then the collection of the vehicle, and were very patient with me. Couldn't recommended them highly enough...

What a great team friendly and professional .
Collection of my car and payment made within days of my first contact so very happy with the service would recommend.

My experience regarding the purchase was excellent. I thoroughly satisfied with the performance as well as the facilities I have received .

A wholly professional and courteous service.
From initial online contact, followed up by personal phone contact, efficient vehicle collection, prompt payment, and documentation formalities.

Out shopping ,clutch packed up in a disabled parking slot , had enough (not first problem with car)so gave ASM a ring , the car was collected a couple hours later by a very efficient young man ,no fuss or problems .
thanks ASM you saved me a lot of stress and a hefty parking fine D Howlett

I was after a drive shaft for my Mitsubishi Outlander.
Found a few on ebay and noticed ASM was one of them.
I contacted them and Rob replied very quickly to say they could supply it, no problem. I telephoned him, paid over the phone and received it the next day.
Excellent service.

Just used ASM for the first time and not only am I a very satisfied customer, I wish I had known about them years ago. The price they quoted me was a lot higher than I expected, and there was no messing around when it came to payment time- they actually paid me what they quoted me rather than changing it at the last minute as I've experienced a few times before. I will definitely be using ASM again and would strongly recommend the to everyone. 10/10 service, 10/10 customer satisfaction

From the initial Call with Tracey. The lady talked me through everything it was easy, a very amusing polite person .Ben the driver that done the collection was early which suited me.Also very polite. He had the car loaded very quickly and gone.I would reccomend A.S.M to anybody

Very good service very good value recommend

So helpful! Tracey was really friendly and helpful over the phone. Would definitely recommend ASM Autos.

Super impressed with ASM. From Kiera who was on on-line chat and then rang to finalise the deal with me, to the guy who just towed my Dad’s 23 year old car away. Friendly, polite, efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Dave sent a message and phoned giving the time to expect him and arrived bang on time! No fuss just great service!

Found this company on a Google search to scrap my car. I was a bit wary but they were absolutely brilliant throughout.
They contacted me straight away and were very responsive to emails. My car was picked up within a week with payment the same day and no trying to change the price. They also did all the paperwork to get the road tax refund etc.
Couldn't say a bad word! Thanks so much

Superb service in obtaining a gearbox to replace a broken one on my wife's ford fiesta St. Craig was super helpful and gave 4 options on conditions, mileage etc on gearboxes, shipped it to garage and all worked out brilliantly in the end. So cant fault them for the service, fast delivery and price.

Bought 2 Cat N cars from here, One was ok, Another i bought with my friend had bad structural chassis damage, Maybe some dodgy insurance estimators outhere, Vehicles that should be CAT S being sold as CAT N.
Did get our money back eventually But ASM wanted reviews removed, And we didnt get a late payment fee either, like the late payment Fees ASM charge.
I dont think ASM care about there customers, The car we bought has been relisted with no mention of structural damage, Even after ASM employee agreed it had structural damage.
If you buy at a vehicle from here and you are not happy dont remove from their premises as this is a agreement you are happy with the vehicle, Our car wasnt removed from ASM, If you have it collected and delivered By a 3rd party you wont stand a chance of a refund.

If you are like me , with no expierance in the recycling of cars and become worried about who you are going to deal with when you decide to part with the vehicle you may have had for years. I would like to suggest give this company a call for a quote. I had tried a few companies and they not only offered me the best price, they were extremely friendly, helpful and gave me no pressure to accept thier and then. I took a couple of days before I decided and when I called back they went through the whole process with me answered my questions and organised a date and time window for the cars to be collected. I phoned back a couple of times seeking confirmation on some matters, it certainly seemed it was no bother for them, and were very helpful in steering me in the right direction.
The transport driver arrived on the day, with a call 30 mins before arrival. He was just like those in the office, polite , friendly and very good at his job, taking the vehicles out and putting them on the truck, whilst making sure he met the health and safety rules.
I did not have to deal with any paperwork for DVLA, they did it all and importantly the money for the cars were deposited in my account the next working day.
Overall my experience with ASM was brilliant, with 5 star customer service being provided . Thank you Tracey and all the other staff I dealt with

The Service was personal, efficient and all in all, excellent. I would strongly recommend ASM.

Very impressive service during the recent collection of my car. I rang the admin team a few times and they were always very pleasant and helpful. on the day of collection the driver was really helpful and considerate.
The process was very smooth and efficient and payment was very prompt. I would have no hesitation in using ASM again. A pleasure to deal with,

We bought car from ASM cat N. Today we found out the car is Cat S.
In the advert they put cat N.. so they lied about the category and also the car is previously cat S.
Absolutely dodgi sellers.
