Really difficult to get a refund, they donât register it and then when you try and chase them they avoid refunding or eventually do but make you jump through hoops to get it. Great stuff on sale but... ãã£ãšèŠã

I returned asos sample over 3 weeks ago several times I've emailed them they keep asking for same information still no refund coming up to 4 weeks in a few days.
They can't just take peoples money when we have returned the items. Very poor customer service.

I requested a return from the most recent asos sample sale on the 11th June, it arrived at ReBounds return centre on the 14th June at the local hub. Since then, I have had no emails or any form of communication with asks sample sale saying they have recieved my parcel or anything to do with a refund. It will be almost a month since my parcel had been recieved by ASOS sample sales return carrier and no sign of a refund. This is outrageous and I am disgusted that a company of this size feel they can do this to their customers. I have sent multiple forms on the âcontactâ page and I still have heard nothing back. There is no phone number to call and I do not see any light at the end of the tunnel. I am absolutely outraged.
Contact Asos escalations team for a refund
Like many of the other recent reviews I sent a return and was awaiting a refund, heard nothing and no response from contact form completed on asos sample sale website.
Iâm writing this review to advise others to contact asos on their regular chat, theyâll say they canât help you as itâs a separate team. Ask to be transferred to a manager and for the case to be sent to the escalations team. After sending them proof of postage and my returns form theyâve resolved it and my refund has been issued within 2 days of the case being escalated.

Requested a return via evri and sent off £45 worth of clothes. Showing as at local evri hub since the 13/06/24. Completed the customer contact form several times and haven't heard back. Absolutely awful customer service and asos customer service team won't deal with it. Appalling.

Awful awful awful! Returned my parcel on the 12th June , arrived at the hub on 18th June ! All well within the time frame , still no refund , emailed ASOS sample many times and NO response! The best of it is , they delivered my items within 2 days of ordering !

Absolutely terrible. I have paid 180 pounds and returned items parcel is stuck at some hub. EVRI has said to contact ASOS. I am really not happy with this. I have filled in the contact form and emailed am very frustrated and worried I will not get my refund. Please can you look into this.

It seems like we are all here in the same position.. parcel is in a warehouse for week with no refund or communication... Its a shame because there were no issues last year, so I don't know what happened, but I'll be steering clear next year for sure

I returned a big load of items the very next day after having recieved them and my order is now at some "hub" and seems to now be stuck there

I have had the same today, my order around £80.00. I have proof of purchase etc. if ASOS are not involved this looks poor on them using their name. I will be closing ASOS account forthwith. Appalling behaviour! I will be taking this matter further!

I had an order that got returned on the 10th and near the end of june still no word from returns or refunds about my order and I sent 5 emails to their customer service and nothing.it's a £39.00 refund -2 for returning and still nothing i am never using this service again and i have tried asos chat and nothing and I am trying to complain to the consumer rights service for no refund and poor customer service.

Dear ASOS Team,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the ASOS Sample Sale delivery and refund process. I was excited to take advantage of the sale, but unfortunately, my order never arrived. To make matters worse, when I tried to get a refund, it's now too late to purchase the items again.
From what I've seen on Trustpilot, I'm not the only one who has experienced this issue. Many other customers have reported similar problems with their sample sale orders not being delivered, which is unacceptable. This experience has not only ruined my satisfaction with the sample sale but also made me lose faith in ASOS as a whole.
To add insult to injury, when I contacted Evri about the missing order, they lied and told me that the package was delivered without providing any proof or evidence. This lack of transparency and dishonesty is appalling.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but the way this situation has been handled is unacceptable. I expect better from ASOS and its partners. As a result of this experience, I will not be ordering from ASOS Sample Sale again and may reconsider shopping on the main ASOS platform as well.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and provide a satisfactory resolution, including a full refund for my order. I hope that in the future, ASOS will take steps to prevent similar issues from happening and improve its communication with customers.

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. Twice now I have placed orders but Asos' courier Evri have 'lost' the parcels on both occasions. I had to go back and fourth for weeks with Asos' customer service team both times trying to get my money back but Asos' customer service team don't read what's being said and his time responded twice telling me to send the wrong person's order back to them (which wasnt in my complaint)?! Also you can't talk to the normal asos customer service team, you have to use the online form for a separate sample sale team, clearly based in asia.
Shocking, won't ever be ordering from them again. Really poor considering their normal team/website is reliable.

it is very difficult to contact the customer care team as well, even the regular asos contact team won't endeavour to help (trust me I have tried)
The quality of many of the items is questionable, I honestly wouldn't recommend doing this for the stress that ensues following it

I used the service twice; the first time everything went well, only spent 25£, eventually sent everything back but one item and got £20 refunded back in 10 days.
This time, I ordered £75 and returned EVERYTHING, however it looks like Evri lost my returned parcel because I haven't had any updates in over 10 days. ASOS SAMPLE has no customer service number, nor does Evri. Not sure who's responsible however my bank can't even dispute the payment because the original parcel was actually delivered. I really suggest you all to avoid at any cost!

Shocking! Items never arrived. After a week of chasing Asos and evri, they said my items are lost. Back to asos sample sale with the issue, around 5 different customer advisors replying to my emails. Not one was helpful! Wrong name, wrong order numbers and now asos have refunded me for a t-shirt I bought direct on their site! Worst experience I've ever had.
