We had a great experience with Aspect Surveying, they booked our survey for the following week and the completed report was ready a few days after. We were kept up to date and the survey was very thorough.

The Aspect team were great from initial contact all the way through to completion of our home buyers survey. The survey was arranged in a few days after I made the initial call and was very reasonably priced. Once the survey had been carried out we received the report within the week. The report was detailed and contained a number of pictures showing the house and any potential concerns. Umar was very helpful when we followed up with additional questions and provided clear explanation of his findings within the report. Very happy with the service received and would definitely use Aspect again.

Umar is the best Surveyor in Manchester. Umar did a survey for our house which we are in the process of buying and he found some other damage which we could not find and that would reduce £6000 of the property.

He is really good in helping and explains. He gave us the idea for bargains and what are the things that we need to highlight.
