Instructed Debbie Rosson at ASR Solicitors in the sale of our late father's house. The service we received was excellent. All enquiries were dealt with quickly and we were kept informed on progress in a timely manner at all times. All members of staff we dealt with were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I would not hesitate in using ASR Solicitors again in the future.

Kevin Carroll handled the sale of my Aunts property. It has been a lengthy process but the conveyance was undertaken in a professional manner. Communication has been excellent and during visits to their office in Newcastle, Diane the receptionist was a delight to speak with. Upon signing contracts and transfer, Kiran explained everything clearly. I would use the services of ASR Newcastle again without hesitation.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Izzy Davenport at ASR Newcastle who acted for us in the selling of my Dads bungalow last November. It wasn't straight forward at times and indeed frustrating however Izzy remained calm and professional and was absolutely fantastic in pushing things along. The lady who covered reception and the phones whose name escapes me was also so friendly and personable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this firm of solicitors and would use them again in the sale of our house in future despite the fact we don't live in the area.

We used ASR Solicitors in Newcastle-under-Lyme regarding our Fathers estate, we were greeted in the reception area by a very helpful pleasant person, and guided in a safe covid room. Solicitor Sue Carroll was absolutely wonderful at this very difficult time for us and explained the whole process in plain english no jargon. Sue is very professional and kept us updated throughout each process.
Also the conveyancing team Izzy was absolutely brilliant, she informed us through every step and when there was a hiccup with the prosective buyer she dealt with it very quickly and professionally.

Izzy dealt with the conveyance very professionally and kept us up-to date at every stage. Long delay occurred (due to the other side!) but Izzy kept at it until we finally completed. Would recommend.

Although the process took almost twelve months ( mainly due to Covid 19, and Court delays), we found Sue Carroll to be extremely efficient and professional in her dealings with us. I’ve used ASR Solicitors (formerly Brown & Corbishly) several times to draft & update my Will. Sue Carroll, my solicitor, is extremely helpful, thorough & professional. Indeed, she & her husband even travelled to my home during Covid lockdown for Will-signing on my doorstep as I was shielding!

I have used asr solicitors (Brown & Corbishley) on several occasions and have been very pleased with their professionalism and quality of work, our last conveyance was particularly challenging with issues with the seller and his incompetent solicitors, Debbie Rosson who handled our conveyance worked extremely hard to keep the process on track, despite having to deal with very difficult circumstances, I would recommend ASR solicitors for any legal matter.
