Totally stress free and prompt service

I rang assure protections re my policy with them when my washing machine stopped. The guy I spoke with, Mark, arranged for an engineer to be there asap. The washing machine was beyond repair. My policy stated like for like replacement with was not necessarily a Bosch machine. My request for a replacement Bosch machine was met by Mark and was delivered within 48 hours. My old machine was take away and new one installed at no extra cost. Extremely pleased with the service Assure Protections, in particular Mark, has supplied me with.

Great Service and Company

I have a plan with assure protections for a few of my appliances, when my washing machine stopped working I called them up and spoke to a friendly guy called Jonathan who got an engineer out the next day. He had it in full working order within half an hour was an excellent speedy service highly recommend

Dependable

They called me last year, I already had cover but they were cheaper so I switched. I've only had to call them once but they got the issue resolved within 24 hours and were very polite about it.

Banging noise on Washing Machine

Have a service plan with this company. When my Washing Machine started making a terrible banging noise I rang them up and spoke to Jonathan who arranged an engineer the next day. The engineer said the bearings had gone and fed this back to the company. Mark then called who arranged a new machine which was delivered 3 days later. Customer service was good and they delivered on the plan absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

My LG washing machine had broken down


My LG washing machine had broken down after I had got back from holiday. I called Assure Protections who I have a service plan with , spoke to a Jonathan who got an engineer round the next day and fixed my appliance. Was really worried they might take ages as had a whole families worth of washing to take care of but was back up and running in no time.

Amazing service!

My father took out a plan last year and was quite reluctant as he doesn't use his machine that often. However he had a breakdown last month and couldn't have been happier with the service that was provided. He and myself both spoke with Mark who handled the breakdown from start to finish.
The machine couldn't be repaired as the parts were no longer being made so my dad received a brand new one which he is over the moon about!

Can't thank this team enough!

BBad experience with this company

My washing machine needs looking at. I called Assure Protections who I have cover with. I was told that my payments were not made so I'm not covered. When I took this out it wasn't direct debit. They took payment from my debit card each month. My card expired but they didn't contact me AT ALL to ask for updated card details. They could have rung me, text me or emailed me but nothing. I spoke to Mark in customer services who was soooo rude to me, bordering on shouting at me. How he is allowed to have customer contact, I will never know. I was angry but couldn't get a word in over his shouting and ranting. My policy was then cancelled and I now have a machine that I need to get repaired at a high cost. I was neither "assured" or "protected" by this company. Don't use them is my advice.

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. My mother of 92 was persuaded to purchase an insurance for a washing machine, already covered by another company. Payment was stopped by me with her bank, as soon as I knew what had happened. This company then rang her back persistently asking for the payment to be approved. I spoke to them and asked them where they had obtained my mother’s personal data from and was told they have a list from manufacturers as to when warranties expire. A down right lie as my mother did not purchase the washing machine. This whole episode has been extremely upsetting for her and I find it incredulous to believe that the passing on of peoples personal data is still going on and vulnerable people like my mother are being contacted by firms such as these.

My washer dryer broke down, I rang
Assure protection and the next day an engineer came out and condemned the machine...Assure Protection kept in touch with me and a new washer dryer was delivered within a couple of days .I'm very happy with the service....

THIS COMPANY IS A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Back in 2020 someone rang me from this company and asked me if I was interested in insuring my kitchen appliances with their new company Assured Protections. The company could offer a cheaper service than Domestic and General. The offer was for three years for £300. I told them I had a Miele dishwasher and Tumble Dryer and Rangemaster Fridge Freezer. However after I paid the £300 Domestic and General came back to me with a very competitive price for my fridge freeze so I insured my fridge freezer back with Domestic and General. Therefore I had in fact given them £300 for only two appliances. I did have a problem with my dishwasher and they came out a few times to look at the appliance, I felt rather bad in having to call them out but that is what insurance is for. When my Miele Washing Machine guarantee had run out with Miele Assured Protections telephoned me to insure my washing machine. Although DG offered me a better rate I decided to go with Assure Protections for 3 years £255 paid on 8th December 2022. A few months my tumble drier which I had had for sixteen years broke down. They sent an engineer and he said it was beyond economical repair but they would only offer me £400 as they did not realise how old It was. I was better off staying with a reputable firm and they would have replaced my tumble drier which was in fact £1200. It would have cost me another £200 more if I stayed with DG. I had no choice but to accept the £400. Unfortunately a few weeks ago my dishwasher broke down and that was beyond economical repair. However they refused to give me any money stating that they had in fact paid for my tumble drier and it was my washing machine that was covered. I told them my tumble drier was covered from the beginning and my washing machine premium was paid last December.8th I asked them to repay me back my washing machine £255 they said they would not as they had called out for my washing machine on the 7th Dec notice the dates. I emailed them several times and tried to ring them so I contacted the engineer NAC who sent me a copy of the invoice for the 7th December 2022 which was for the dishwasher. These people are scammers and take your money and do not fulfil their responsibilities. STAY AWAY FROM THEM YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

DON'T USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY

Bought insurance to cover my Samsung add wash washing machine. It wasn't working called assure protections and they came out all together 6 times trying to fix the washing machine over a period of 2 months. On the last visit the washing machine was still faulty so they decided to replace my machine. This is where I wasn't happy. They would only offer me a 8kg 1400 spin that didn't have the add wash function which my Samsung had! When I said I would like the same washing machine as I had I was told rather abruptly that the the only specification they have to meet is the drum size and spin speed! I did say I bought a 8kg 1400 spin but also a add wash function which was definitely a specification which I was then told we have offered you 2 different washing machine that meet our company like for like policy without the add wash function as this isn't in our policy or we could just offer you the cheapest washing machine we can find but we are meeting you half way so either choose one of the two washing machine we are offering or take £400 pounds! Told them to replace my washing machine would cost £469 and £400 wasn't enough. Was then told these were the only options and there was no other offers. I took the money as the 2 washing machines they were offering were not like for like. Ended up paying £69 of my own money to replace my washing machine. Please don't use this company as when I called them to purchase my cover they assured me it was like for like and if I needed a new washing machine it would be the same specification as my add wash.

My washing machine broke down on the


My washing machine broke down on the 8th May (bank holiday) called them on Tuesday engineer came Wednesday told us it was unrepairable. Got a call Friday asking size of drum & spin speed, called Monday said new washing machine would be delivered yesterday Tuesday and it was. Thank you so much to all the staff for my speedy replacement.

Excellent Service and Support - Top Class

Our washing machine had a problem and we called Assure Protections about it. Within 1 day we had an engineer around to inspect it, and within a matter of minutes he diagnosed the problem. He said he would write his report up and submit it back to Head Office.

This was done and that afternoon Mark called me and said the machine would need to be replaced. This was late on Thursday 16th March. He told me he would get straight onto it. On Friday lunchtime he called to tell me what machine we would be getting and when it would be done.

The Assure Protection engineers arrived on Monday mid afternoon and it was done in under an hour - with a test cycle and a run through of functions.

The service was brilliant, and Mark followed up with a call afterwards. I am really surprised to see so many reports of 1 star - this is far removed from the experienced I, and it seems many others, have had.

Thank you Mark and Assure Protections, we will use you again.

I had a problem with my washing machine


I had a problem with my washing machine called Assure Protections on the Thursday 09/03/23.
Engineer came out same day and reported back to Mark from repairs.
On Tuesday I get a call from Mark saying they will replace it. He arranged everything for me.
My new Machine arrived on Wednesday 15/03/23.
10/10 to Mark from repairs.
