I placed my order on the 4th November and I still haven’t received any confirmation of my order or any tracking or delivery information. I have emailed customers services today for an update.

I am disappointed in the quality of the boots i ordered, i an a 5 in every boot i buy, i walked round york and they crippled my feet i was in pain. I would advise you put on your website they are small fitting, i would of sent mine back for a bigger size but its too late as ive warn them

The products on this website are truly amazing however I feel like I need to leave a really honest review - I ordered the Hailey Cardigan on 19/3/21 and I still haven’t received it.
I emailed last week as I’d had no contact from Asteria. They emailed me back fairly quickly to say it was shipped but I am still waiting.
I also can’t get the Track and Trace reference number to work on the Post Office website. So they have my money and still have no product.
It’s so disappointing because I really just want the cardigan!!!
Asteria state the delivery might be slow but I think a month is a little excessive, especially as I can’t even trace it.
Please bare that in mind when ordering.

I ordered a jumper 3 weeks ago got a dispatch email last week and still no sign of my top.First time using this company and it will probably be my last.

I was shocked at the quality as it was a lot better than I was expecting. I am still waiting on part of my order to arrive and it has been three months! It has all been sent individually.
The only reason I will not order from here again is due to the lengthy delivery time I am waiting for my order to be completed.

Clothes are really poor quality and look nothing like the photos , also got two items 4 weeks after buying and still waiting for the 3rd item 3 months on !!!! Don’t waste your money on these clothes or boots not good at all ....

Still not received my order. Its been three weeks. I have messaged asteria and have had no reply.

I initially gave this company a lower score due to issues with getting in contact with them about a return, but I am raising my score as I find that the issue was eventually resolved in a way that showed customer care.

I ordered a knitted vest from this company but it didn't fit me as expected. With small companies like this I find that returns are often complicated as no return slip was included.

I had issues getting in contact with the company and getting information on how to return my purchase and wrote a bad review due to this.

This issue has now been resolved and in addition to receiving my refund I was also advised that I didn't have to bother posting the item back to them.

I understand that sometimes things like this happen (I have experienced similar issues with large companies as well) - what matters to me is how the issue is handled by the company once brought to their attention and I'm very happy with the quick resolve and customer care in this case.

Great small business, items received were a good fit, just slow on delivery but will definitely purchase from here again.

Ordered stuff 25 days ago. Still haven’t received anything, and customer service stopped responding to my emails

My order arrived a lot quicker than I was expecting and was really good quality, I did have to return one item just because it didn’t suit me but the customer service was really good in doing so, with quick and friendly replies. Would definitely order again :)

Ordered multiple items all arrived separately over a 2-3 week period which is fine but difficult to track with the Shop app as just said partially delivered so had to contact Asteria to ask but good enough they provided me with expected delivery dates.
Style and price amazing and the quality of items bought has been good. Will use again as long as not on a time crunch

Am happy with the item itself, I ordered a black puffer coat. However, the item arrived in a shein bag and a shein label!! Ridiculous! You cannot have your own company if you are purchasing it from another company! Disappointed

Ordered 2 jumpers and a ribbed grey lounge set. Unfortunately the jumpers didn’t fit how I wanted them to (I wanted them to work as a dress and they were too short) but the team at Asteria were fantastic. Instantly replied to my email about my refund and I returned it on Friday and have just received my refund! Amazing service - 3 days for a refund including a weekend! Lounge set fits beautifully and all items I ordered were of a great quality. Will absolutely be ordering from here again.

Absolutely love my jumper amazing quality, would’ve been 5 stars if the delivery didn’t take so long but could not fault the customer service given regarding this issue! Will definitely be shopping there again
