I purchased a half-zip jumper and was impressed by the fit and overall quality. It feels comfortable, looks stylish. Will definitely buy more fashion items in the future.

I ordered a jacket from Astravada in December 2025. The delivery took long enough that I was half expecting it to arrive by carrier pigeon, but when it finally turned up, I was shocked—not just by the sizing, but by the quality too.

I contacted Astravada about returning it, and after being presented with several options, I chose a full refund. The catch? I had to ship the jacket back to China at my own expense. Thus began what can only be described as an international game of pass-the-parcel.

I sent the jacket back in January. It then spent nearly four months enjoying an extended holiday in Chinese customs. To be fair, Astravada were responsive during this period and reassured me that such delays were normal, albeit beyond their control.

Eventually, I received an update saying the jacket had cleared customs and was on its way to their warehouse. Excellent news, I thought. Reader, it was not.

About a week later, there was a knock at my door in the UK. Standing there was my postman, proudly returning the very same jacket I had paid to send halfway around the world. Chinese customs had apparently rejected it and sent it straight back to me. The jacket had travelled more than I have this year.

Astravada apologised and once again offered either a return or a partial refund. There was absolutely no chance I was paying to send the jacket on another round-the-world adventure, only for it to potentially boomerang back to my doorstep for a third time.

I therefore accepted the partial refund. Astravada assured me it would arrive within 10 working days.

As you might have guessed, 10 working days came and went without so much as a glimpse of the refund. I chased them again. By this point, response times had slowed considerably, and I found myself doing all the running. I was told the refund had been processed and that I should check with my bank.

At this stage, being sent on another wild goose chase felt entirely on brand.

I've now reached the conclusion that the refund is unlikely to materialise and that this whole experience has been one long exercise in frustration.

Please, please do not buy from this company. You'll likely receive a garment of questionable size and quality. If you want to return it, you'll need to pay to send it back to China. It may then return to you instead. And as for the refund? Well, that seems to be the most elusive item of all.

AVOID. Very suspect 'company'.

I bought this on sale and felt it was worth the price. The side slit gives it a nice look, and the lenght was just right for me. The packaging was neat, and the dress arrived in good condition.

Do not order from here!
I returned a coat I bought, have to pay £15 to return and had the coat sent back to me 5 months later with a note saying it was “unclaimed “!
It wasn’t a cheap coat, and it doesn’t fit. So I am not out of pocket from the coat and return cost!

The dress feels perfect for warm weather. The fabric moves nicely, doesn't feel heavy, and has a relaxed elegance. Thank you!

I honestly wasn't expecting the shoulder bag to become my daily favorite, but it did. It's compact in size yet somehow holds everything I need for work and quick outings.

This hooded flannel overshirt is pretty good for the price. It looks neat, feels warm, and is easy to layer. I also liked that the delivery was on time. The fit was fine for me, though I would still check the size chart.

I was looking for something affordable and stylish, and this one gave me both. The dress is simple but look good when worn. I will definitely try more products.
