A great taste experience the pb & j is especially tasty. Reasonable prices and a fast delivery time.

Took almost a week from ordering to be delivered, had a item not come then take almost another week and a email for the item to be refunded

Got two £20 mystery boxes, one as a gift and one for myself, the delivery stated 2/4 working days, didn't arrive until 7 working days later. Not much variety of difference between the two boxes. Pretty much identical with maybe a different flavour of drink and pack of crisps. That's about it. Wouldn't buy again

Ordered for husband birthday, paid for express delivery to ensure delivered on time.
No communication as to order being dispatched as it states it does, order still hasn’t arrived (nearly 2 weeks) however i have had a note from royal mail asking for me to pay a further £7.70 as they failed to actually apply correct postage.
Absolutely terrible service, will not be using again, which is a shame as my husband used to like this company and order regularly- not now. Avoid!!!

Very good site, nice options, good prices

The quality of the product is always amazing. One criticism is previous orders have always been delivered to the door. This time had to collect from a pick up point.I’ve always ordered products for my granddaughters. I don’t have any transport so it made things difficult.

I absolutely loved this box, however when i recieved it my crisps/chips were open and tasted like they were open for a while. it was alright though, would recommend and purchase again 👍

Sweets are perfect all arrived as stated the day after ordering my wife has been very happily munching through the box 👌

I received a rotten mouldy donut from this company yesterday. I did not realise it until I took a bite and my mouth was coated with fuzzy green and white sticky mould. I can't describe how sickening the taste was!! I sent them photos and a complaint right away and they have not responded to my email.

Not only did it take 2 weeks to arrive, it took 1 of them weeks for them to “locate” the parcel which evri said needed to be replaced but then apparently it was lost in a warehouse to turn up the next day. Was not packaged well and was partially open- could easily have stuck a hand in to take stuff out . The customer service come across rude and not really helpful. But they did refund the postage

Absolutely fantastic goodies and reasonable prices we was happy with our order but the courier damaged some of our goodies and a taste of the states refunded me straight away definitely ordering more from this great company

No replies to email, order arrived all smashed up, all contents stolen. Also paid for next day delivery and it wasn’t shipped until the next day although I did it by the deadline.

I ordered the milky bar crispy rolls for my partner as they've stopped being made where I live. They were delivered very quickly and It's made her very happy.
Would recommend

After ordering from taste of the states my order came incomplete with the main part of the order missing
I have tried to contact them to sort it out but haven’t had any correspondence

Really bad packaging, crisps all squashed. Poor value for money.
