10 days car hire from Ljubljana airport.

Fantastic people and service, easy process, new / nice car and better price than the international brands - pick up with a smile with Nates and quick drop off afterwards. Had full insurance and although i got the vehicle back with a damage - it was processed quickly with a smile, no issues or questions asked.

Everything worked out pretty fine. We had a problem with a tire and they were quick in changing it. Moreover, they pick up and drop off were fast and the attendance were kind

I think the easiest process and experience I have ever had with a rental company! Everything worked well from start to finish. Did not buy any extra insurance, and as I of course did not damage the car, deposit was released same day. Will use again once returning to Zagreb!

We had an excellent experience with ATET Car Rental and were very happy with the service from start to finish.
The staff member at the reception was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. When we arrived, we decided to upgrade the car we had originally booked, and we were very pleased with the car we received. It was excellent, spacious, comfortable, and very fuel-efficient, which made our trip even more enjoyable.
Returning the car was also incredibly quick, easy, and smooth, with no unnecessary delays or complications.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with ATET and would definitely choose them again in the future. We highly recommend them!

Nuestra experiencia fue muy buena , el coche estaba en muy buen estado el personal fue amable y la devolucion del deposito rapida .

No issues with the rental. We were handed a nice, brand new car at pick-up. Late hours but no waiting. We were recieved cheerfully and got good service.

Do yourselves a favour and book with a well known company

We rented a car from here and arrived late due to delays

Instant €35 late fee

Also a €1400 safety deposit ..... CRAZY

As soon as we said we had AXA insurance as we booked through easyjet directly with our trip he was uninterested

After this the employee rushed us through the process and was not transparent

He did not show us previous damage reports he simply handed us the keys and said take a video for your records and he was off.. clearly desperate to finish his shift

So We spent 20 minutes, inspected the car and took videos and photos ...

No issues, car was fine and we had no problems during our trip.... all seemed good until we returned the car ... they inspected it and low and behold they found the smallest scratch underneath the front bumper... UNDERNEATH.. we was not told to lay on the floor and inspect and video underneath the car....

So a 2 inch small scratch on the plastic hidden underneath the car.... did not even look fresh... and we lost €600 of our ridiculous €1400 deposit and no way of contesting it

Absolute joke of a company and clearly hoping you dont take their insurance so they can **** you over.

Now the hassle of claiming back through insurance because of these cowboys

Prvi kontakt zelo pozitiven. Sam prihod zaposlenega pri dostavi vozila nadutost in samovšečnost. Naučenost govora kot bi bral iz lista, brez končka ematije sprogramiran kot da ima čip v glavi. ( kot da je dobil napotke bodi diktator). In prisotnost tujega jezika na slovenskih tleh, živimo v Sloveniji in za Slovence se mora uporabljat izključno dokument v slovenskem jeziku.

I had paid for full insurance cover when I booked but they sold me an extra level when I picked up the car increasing my expected cost. Car was sold as VW Polo or equivalent. Car provided was a Dacia Sandero that I would not consider to be of the same quality. It was however clean and the staff were pleasant. No issues on returning car.

Professional and easy to use company.
We picked up the car in the city and returned it to the airport. We upgraded the car on the pick up day which cost extra but that was our choice. The cost seemed reasonable and the car was a very nice volkswagen which was very fuel efficient and nice to drive. The staff for pick and up and drop off were excellent. Nice to support a local company.

The vehicle was fine, but several important conditions—including mileage limits, deposit requirements and the fact that the “highest” online coverage is not actually the most comprehensive coverage available—were not sufficiently transparent during booking.
When challenged, customer service relied entirely on “you accepted the terms and conditions.”
Transparency should happen before payment, not afterwards.

VW Polo manual exactly as ordered only brand new & un marked
Walked to the car , took pictures & signed off zero damage
1000km in under 5l/100kph , accelerated & sat on 130kph when asked
Returned car , met at parking space to acknowledge & sign off zero damage & full tank
Return of deposit confirmed in front of me
Brilliant service & communication by diligent & charming people

They show you another car when you make a reservation and you will get a smaller one. I had made a reservation for a T-ROC and they gave me the T-cross . What they say as an excuse is that they are in the same category. How can they be in the same category when one car has the same platform as the Polo while the other has the Golf. So don't believe them, these are marketing scams that for my first time they are downgrading me a level instead of upgrading me. The infuriating thing is that the employee will try to trick you and give you the dilemma of either accepting it or leaving while you have a trip and of course you can't find another vehicle. The highlight is when I returned it, they found a scratch on the black plastic under the bumper, something I couldn't catch with the photos I took when I picked it up, but of course they intentionally passed it on to me because they took advantage of the full insurance coverage I had. Stay away if you are a tourist, they are trying to rip you off.

The process was super smooth. Collection and drop off was great. The car was in brilliant condition and only very few miles on the clock.
