Great service, highly recommended. Very friendly staff.

Firstly, I booked with ATET over some more recognisable names (AVIS,HERTZ) as they were the only company who were open and transparent about the total cost of the rental if you were to include insurance waivers etc.
We took a short taxi ride from central Ljubljana to the downtown office. We were offered windscreen protection, but never pressured to take it (we didn't take it). We were on our way within 15 minutes.
After dropping the car off at the airport I received my deposit back within 24 hours. Also, the total cost was the original quote - no hidden charges.
A good experience for me, and I would recommend to any friends who were to visit Slovenia.

Hice la reserva online, ya que si la hacia online 100% te daban un 20% de descuento. Ademas de agilizar las cosas y simplemente coger las llaves del coche. 1 problema: Al llegar tuve que hacer todo de nuevo como si no hubiera hecho la reserva. 2 problemas: Resulta que segun la pagina web, tienes 3 opciones para elegir el tipo de seguro que quieras. Yo elegi el de a todo riesgo y me cobraron 120€, pero al llegar a la oficina, me dijeron que al haberlo hecho online solo tienes derecho a 2 (los mas baratos). Resulta que tuve un servicio peor y pagando como si tuviera el mejor, ya que el 2 servicio costaba 90€ (30€ menos que el mas caro y el que yo habia contratado realmente por la pagina web). 3 problema: Ademas de esto, he contratado el servicio hace una semana y aun no me han devuelto el deposito, cosa que no deberian haberme cobrado porque conocidas mias lo habian contratado previamente y no se lo habian cobrado. Todo mal excepto el coche, que fue muy comodo y no gasto mucha gasolina. Era un volkswagen polo

Pred kratkim sem najel avto pri ATET in sem bil zadovoljen. Osebje je prijazno in brez problema vljudno odgovori na vsa vprašanja. Tudi vračilo avtomobila je bilo preprosto in brez problema.

We booked and paid the car in advance and asked for the vehicle to be available at 16h. But when we arrived at Ljubljana Airport as scheduled, no vehicle was available, the office was closed with no employees present. After a 30-minute wait, an employee arrived but claimed he had no office keys and was unable to assist us. We then had to wait for his colleague, who only departed Ljubljana after we called him. When he finally arrived, he threw the keys to his colleague and left without explanation. In total we waited 1h from our arrival, which is unacceptable. 

We originally booked a VW Golf but were informed that it was unavailable for unspecified reasons and were offered a VW T-Roc instead. However, the employee who left had apparently taken the keys of T-Roc with him. Eventually, we were given a Toyota Corolla, but the employee lacked the correct documentation for it. No official record of the car’s pre-existing damage was provided, so we had to inspect it ourselves. Days after our return, we received a damage bill for a total of 220 euros for a tiny scratch on the right rim that might have been there before we used the car. Given the mistakes that were made by the company and the lack of documents stating the cars initial condition this fine feels completely unjustified.

This was one of the most frustrating rental experiences we've had. The delays, lack of professionalism, and disorganized service were unacceptable.

I recently rented a car from ATET and couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience! From the first contact, the staff was extremely friendly and professional, ready to answer all my questions patiently.

The car I received was in perfect condition, new, clean and ready for travel. The withdrawal process was quick and smooth, and I appreciated the transparency in information regarding costs and contractual conditions.

Returning the car was just as easy and quick. Ultimately, I would highly recommend ATET to anyone looking for a reliable and high quality car rental service. Looking forward to renting again next time!

Reliable and service-oriented employees. We ordered from home and everything turned out to be as expected and agreed. We will definitely rent from ATET in the future. One thing; the navigation/GPS was not up to date and malfunctioning. We used our own Google Map instead and could have saved costs for the GPS.

Good service at Ljubljana airoort. No surprises with car. Some delays with car return. Reasonable pricing.

No problem with the car, the check in and the check out, and no hidden fee! The car was good and recent (VW Taigo)!

Good Service. The handover of the car was very efficient and friendly, and the car was clean and worked perfectly, and the staff were helpful and efficient. Our only issue was that the car stank of smoke, even though it had a no smoking sign inside. We bought a scented hanger which helped a bit but even after we'd had the car a week, there was still a pervading smell of cigarette every time we got in it.

Fast and easy! And at a fair price.
The quality of the car that we've rented (Opel Astra) was excellent and the staff very helpful.
The return procedure took us less than 2 minutes!
Next time we will choose again for ATET.
