After 3 agents visiting we chose Lee due to his persistent and strategy . At first we were sceptical on his pricing strategy . He hosted an open day and the following Monday we achieved offers over and above the marketing price listed. The process took 1 week which we could not believe . I would recommend Lee Forbes as a very straight talking without the normal agency patter

Stay away. This agency is run by people who are rude and couldn’t give a damn about the well-being of their staff or people in the houses they manage.

Gilbert is a great agent, we moved from larger agent who couldn’t sell our property to AM who did. I believe this was largely down to Gilbert determination and drive to get it sold. The times he wasn’t around the service did suffer. But if you get Gilbert then great!

Working with atkinson mcleod has been an easy and enjoyable process. We had a lot of trouble finding landlords in such a busy market, and even fewer who would help us with our specific needs. But Francesco, our agent at atkinson mcleod, helped us all the way giving us great options and properties taking our needs into account the whole way. We always had great lines of communication with the agent and felt attented to throughout the whole process. If youre looking to rent and want a nice easy process with lots of support make sure to go for these guys (and definitely ask for francesco if you can!)

I recently rented a flat via the Kennington branch in London. Having dealt with numerous letting agencies in the past, I can say that the experience was very smooth and as stress-free as possible in comparison to other agencies. My agent Hollie, specifically, was very responsive and professional and the communication felt natural and without any sort of 'pushy agent tactics' that I've encountered elsewhere. It's still early days but for the moment I can fully recommend them.
