Conor was extremely helpful,and professional. He really took us through this process and we are beyond satisfied. He was very patient and helpful with any kinda of questions that we had. We would recommend him without any hesitation.

Passive aggressive and tried to charge for writing a reference, which is illegal in the UK. :) No thank you.

I wouldn't use Atkinson McLeod again if they paid me to do so! As a tenant the experience was awful, several times we were chased for unpaid rent when in fact it had been paid (and early). Never any apologies for their mistake, and this continued to happen time and time again. When I was trying to leave the property, I emailed several times with no response and when I called I was greeted by a very rude lady on the phone. Really all they care about is making money!

6 months ago I want to rent a flat and want to give an offer, They Said that I need to pay £400 deposit first than I sent that money. The landlord didn’t accept the amount we offer. Than we want refund, called the company many times and wrote e-mails but they didn’t give money back. This company is unreliable

They only care about the landlord. I guess that makes sense as that's their customer and the tenant is the landlords customer, but if you're under the impression that AM will make things easier, you are wrong. If you have a bad landlord, AM don't care.

In 18 months I've had 1 repair to the heating.

The washing machine that would leak and had metal chunks come out of it was "investigated" 4 times, but not once opened up to remove the metal.

12 months of mould in every corner of the flat was never even investigated because it was from a leak in another flat. Surely this meant they wouldn't even pay for it, but they did nothing.

I've also been accused of lying about the oven door falling off, and they tried to charge me for fixing it.

However, when I handed in my notice because of this continued neglect they were super efficient about listing it for rent again. I pity the next tenant.

Conor has been fantastic, going above and beyond to be upfront and keep us informed throughout this process. Conor has made us feel like equal partners in this endeavor, vs trying to bend the truth and squeeze as much money as quickly out of us, as so many other estate agents do. Without his absolute professionalism and honesty, we would not have considered renting from this property or even Atkinson McLeod. We as a group have even joked about wanting Conor to become our London estate agent!
I could not recommend Conor any more and look forward to doing more business with him in the future.

I mean, we all know estate agents and management companies are terrible to deal with at the best of times, but this place is a whole new level. Have never worked with a management company that is so rude, dismissive, unprofessional, slow to respond to any issues, and disorganised. So unprofessional and just completely incapable. They've shown a lack of care of compassion for us as tenants and we have been treated and made to feel like we are a pain and an inconvenience. Do not understand how a company can even successfully run when they are this incompetent.

Great estate agents, made the whole experience so much easier. Ask for Conor, he sorted out everything for us!

We did our viewings with Conor who was extremely helpful and thoughtful. He took our needs into consideration and went above and beyond to make our experience of looking for a new home a positive one.

I used At Mc to market my property at Port E. Apts, West India Quay as my current tenant chose to action the breakclause and vacate early (due to Covid lockdown).

I re-marketed my flat again with At Mc as I was due a part refund of my 12 month commission fee, and also marketed myself on Open Rent.

I had a viewing request via Open Rent, the tenant liked the property and placed a holding deposit. I was aware my Agent had a few viewings lined up on the same day, so I called to cancel and take propety off the market.

During the conversation the Agent asked the name (it turns out it was the same tenant, he also had a booking with her later in the day) and she claimed it was “her client”. How?!

She was the rude and dismissive claiming that I had taken “her client”. Yet, aren’t I her client too?? But, you wouldn’t think it, the way she spoke to me.

So, I suspect now I will not get a reimbursement of the the commission fee. Because that’s how they carry on their business - unprofessional. I paid over £2k to set up my current tenancy with At Mc. They forget landlord’s are their “paying clients”.

I wouldn’t use them again.

avoid this agency at all cost. I rented the property for 4 years from them. Firs of all everything was all fine, but then agent (which I can't name because of the legal reasons, yes my previous review after their complain was removed) became as I understand responsible for my property. I was left without hot water for a month!!!! she was dealing with the plumbers for a month!!!!! then washing machine break down, I was waiting for a new one for 6 month!!!!! then they decided to give me a notice. I have to move out on 14 of march. yes, on the beginning of lockdown. I asked for the deposit, it took them 2 month partially return them. they charge me £252 for cleaning air ventilator !!!! horrible horrible agency, or at least agent (which I can't name because of the legal reasons) . I don't know how the people like this get such work. Lazy, rude, irresponsible.

Best agent in London. I am tenant last 4 years from this agency. No complaints.
Recommended for all renters.
