best company I have worked for by far, everyone is treated as family, all members are looked after well and listened to, highly recommend to anyone!

Horrible Company to work for, was TUPE over. wage slips are more likely done by a child and the pay was short contacted payroll via email while cc’d area and regional managers had no response, sent several emails and going in to second month still waiting for a reply even an acknowledgment. Initial assessment was that these guys are like a family and look after everyone they can’t be bothered to check on welfare’s, I’ve had no visits during nights and even missing check calls through the night and no one is checking if I’m still alive. Waiting for these cowboys contract to be over and hopefully a new company wins the bid so I can TUPE over again. Definitely don’t recommend working for these bunch of cowboys worst company I’ve ever worked for.

Terrible at doing the basics. Tried to get the toilets cleaned properly for the several months and they seem unable to manage their team or get proof that any work has been completed. More interested in knowing someone has visited site rather than actually what they've done. Many many better FM companies out there.

Unprofessional, Unresponsive, and Deeply Disappointing

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was too poor not to share. I contacted this cleaning company for a quote and was met with silence. After chasing them, I had to re-explain our requirements, only to receive a quote that was completely wrong and unrelated to what I had asked for.

I followed up again and spoke to a polite staff member who promised to escalate it to the manager. A week passed—still nothing. When the manager finally called, she was unfriendly and dismissive, insisting I had asked for what was quoted (I hadn’t). I explained everything again in detail and was told a new quote would follow. Again, this was not the case and I had to chase the company.

After yet another follow-up, I finally received a second quote—5 to 6 weeks after my initial enquiry—and it was still incorrect.

To make matters worse, I emailed their central support team twice and received a read receipt showing my message was deleted without being read. I then tried calling their 0800 number, which is no longer in use.

After checking their Trustpilot reviews, I saw similar complaints from former employees about rude management and poor professionalism—something I unfortunately experienced first-hand.

I won’t be chasing this company any further and strongly advise others to look elsewhere. A complete waste of time.

Awful company worked at a office was let go over so called complaints from the office I never got a signal complaint from the staff I did what was required when I was let go my area manager pretty much turnt up to my street on a 15 minute notice which I find to be very unprofessional had all morning to msg or call me to sort something out never even told me I was being Leto go till he got to mine came out with some made up complaints thing I asked to see these complaints came out with I can't show you asked got my badges said I can give you cover work never got back to me turns around and lies to hr saying I handed a verbal notice in obviously he doesn't know the meaning for the word verbal i never handed such notice in I was specifically the office wanted me gone if you enjoy being lied to for a living then atlas is for you avoid this company

The area manager is rude talk like dirt always too busy not appreciate for what u do i wish I never went back just pack broken promise dont believe word they say

Well I was talking to Someone called Maria Costa and she said she would love to talk to me and invited me for a interview and then never heard back she said she was going to send me all the details and then never heard back.

No training given , staff totally taken for granted , holiday cancelled at short notice , no pay rise in 5yrs.

Awful company spent 7years with them b4 I transferred to securigroup was held back by Mike zeebroek as well as Ben slater once I transferred 2 a new company after they lost contract I was given lots of responsibility and shown my worth Emprise Atlas avoid

Invited me for an interview at a café, spoke an hour before confirming. To then only stand me up, waiting 45 minutes, with no response. Just to then block my phone number... Awful, unprofessional agency with no care for others.

I can't recommend this. It's not the company itself, but some of the people who work here. You give your best effort, but in the end, your colleague will take advantage of your work time, and your manager won't properly pay your salary multiple times.

I worked for atlas and they are the worst company ever.they wanted me to falsified h&S audits by signing toolbox talk sheets saying I have had talks and training,For 2 years with company not had any talks or training.i didn't sign of course,but they got others to sign papers . They dismissed me after I was working for a housing company, I was tupee over to them.For 5 years I worked for the housing company and the last 2 years for atlas FM.no evidence of what I have ment to have done ,I believe they done this as they don't want to pay a redundancy for 5 years .Do not use this company they lie and promise you they can meet your expectation.false paper work too .

Nightmare to work with. Definitely would not recommend.
Regularly fail to attend site on the days they are meant to clean. Rarely provide cover for holidays or absence. Don't actually notify you of this and try to charge full price every month until you challenge them.
Evasive when you try to contact them to stop services. Try to enforce their T&Cs on you (to the letter) but ignore the fact that they fail to meet their obligations.

Ive been working with Atlas for 2 years now, had the pleasure of meeting a lot of the teams, really friendly enjoyable workplace. Always looking for ways to improve the services and a big focus on ESG & sustainability . If you are looking to join the family I would highly recommend checking us out.

Atlas FM is simply a great place to work, chock full of wonderful, kind, and caring people.

I have been with the company since December 2015, almost 8 and a half years, far longer than I have ever worked anywhere else in the last 45 years of adult working life.

I love it here and would not contemplate taking a full-time job anywhere else.
