I am waiting for a response to three emails that I have sent regarding an order i placed on 8th April. It is for a gift and I need to know if I have to buy something else as I dont know if my order will arrive. I am starting to think that this may be a scam site as no telephone number to speak to anyone.

I could not love these earrings more! I love that they’re handmade. They’re so delicate and elegant and extremely well made.

Fell in love with all of the pieces online and gifted lots to family and friends this Christmas. The jewellery is so unique and beautifully created. So glad to have supported an independent creator who has clearly poured love and care into every piece. They were beautifully presented too. Will definitely be buying again xxx

All the pieces I have bought are of high quality and unique, I just adore them. I received my order quickly despite it being the busiest time of year. Thank you for the excellent service to your customers and dreamers

Beautiful earrings and excellent quality and also beautifully wrapped. Excellent customer service. I have now ordered a ring with a complimentary pair of earrings as a free gift! I highly recommend.

I ordered a necklace and was disappointed with the quality compared to the image that was on the website, the image made it look much lighter and didn't show the back of the pendant. It was not what I was looking for and reached out via email to ask about a return, it took ages to get a reply and when I did they claimed they hadn't received my email and so I gave them the required details again and have heard nothing since, even after sending further emails. I'm hoping that leaving this review actually gets their attention so I can send my initial order back and get my money back.

Awful service and communication! Order still not shipped after 5 days with no information available and they don’t answer emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I have sent 3 emails to chase the order and to date, haven’t had a response to any of them. I ordered this technically on Tuesday seen as the Monday was a bank holiday and we’re now on the following Monday and it still hasn’t even been shipped. It doesn’t state anywhere that I could see, that it would take 5 days before shipping, as I would never have ordered from you if I’d have known. I have even googled it and it didn’t come up. You have no FAQ page either. This was a birthday present that was needed for Saturday. I wasn’t after free gifts or anything like that. I just wanted a present for my friend. I can’t see realistically why it shouldn’t have been shipped by now.

This small business produces some rather unique, delicate and beautiful jewellery. I'm definitely going to be a returning customer.
Why? Well, obviously for more unusual and lovely jewellery, which comes beautifully packaged and delivered to your door within just a couple of days. But, also, because their customer service is second to none! I carelessly lost an earring - it happens - and of course it was a new one! So I emailed Atlas of Dreams to ask if I could perhaps buy just 1 earring to replace the lost one. Their reply astonished me. No. I couldn't because they were going to send me a new set of earrings for free!!! Who does that nowadays??? I was amazed, delighted, thankful and so happy at their response that I decided there and then to buy products from them again! And I'd recommend them highly for all the reasons above. Thank you Atlas of Dreams.

I bought 3 pairs of earrings from here last year. They are beautiful and I get lots of compliments on them. I had wore my favourite set to my sisters bday and lost one. Not thinking much but confused how not to lose them as they slide about easily. I seen a video about them coming with clear backs which I didnt get on my order. I left a message on a video about it and the customer service was beyong amazing! They sent my a new set of the one I lost and lots of back for my other earrings. They went above and beyond! I will recommend this company to anyone because not only is the stuff so unique and beautiful. The customer service is elite! Thank you! ♡

Item received did not match picture in listing on website. Message sent to company but no response received. Disappointing experience.
Edit: Found another email address for the company and contacted again regarding my order. Subsequently received refund for ring.

I had an issue with a ring I ordered not looking like the picture. I wasn't happy with the response time but once Andrea was aware, she resolved the issue for me and I received a replacement ring that was more my style. I love the jewellery on the website. It is unique and very good quality

What great aftercare and customer service. I received my earrrings (two pairs) which I loved in December but sadly had a small issue with one pair. I emailed Atlas of Dreams. They replied promptly, kindly and efficiently. The matter was resolved very easily and I would have no hesitation in buying from them again. Thank you so much Tomas and team.

I received three pairs of earrings, one of which was broken with the chain having come off the post, rendering them unusable. I emailed Atlas of Dreams immediately with pictures. A week later, I still hadn't received a reply, so emailed again. Still no reply. I understand that they are a small business but these earrings were meant to be for my wedding and a lack of response is really disappointing. I have tried to contact on Instagram too, but no luck. Reading other reviews, it seems that the broken chain on the earrings has happened to others too, so they are obviously quite delicate and prone to breaking in transit. I wouldn't purchase from here again.

Purchased 3 beautiful pieces of jewellery from this company, all of which are very elegant and unique.
There was an issue with stock of one of the items that I ordered, however this was refunded as soon as identified and an alternative product provided. Items arrived in gorgeous packaging which added to the overall premium quality of the service. Would definitely purchase from this store again

Fast delivery, lovely earrings. My free gift was missed (I think I jumped on the "free gift" email before it had chance to activate) but customer services have been lovely and it's on the way. Looking forward to wearing my new earrings :)

The earrings are pretty but not exactly as pictured on the website. The back of the earrings are pointed as opposed to round, and I would have preferred them rounded. Delivery took 16 days and they are a gift for someone, so there wouldn't be enough time to return/exchange them. They are lovely, just not as expected. I would recommend ordering 3 weeks in advance if you are ordering as a present or if you need them by a certain date.

The earrings are very pretty, although terribly fragile and I suspect won't last long. Customer service is not good, however. On both occasions when I've placed orders there has been a delay of up to 10 days which really isn't acceptable. They do reply to messages eventually but it takes time. It's a shame they have now decided to focus exclusively on chain earrings as these don't suit everybody and are very fragile.

I ordered and got an immediate confirmation. After a week nothing had shipped so I emailed. I got an immediate response and the earrings were sent that day 24hr tracked. The earrings themselves are beautiful.
