I was a bit unsure wot I needed I phoned the shop and spoke to a lovely lady who helped me out then got someone to phone me back everything turned up within a couple of days and fitted my bike I will definitely use this company again

Ordered a front tyre for my motorcycle, I paid for priority delivery(£7) after 5 days went past still nothing, then tried calling, and couldn't get through, I tried 6 times, ended up calling the sales team and then asking them to help get in contact with there parts department, even if I did ask for my money back on the priority delivery, I can't get a hold of them to ask for it back, never buying form this company again!

I have placed a few orders and always been happy with the service.
My latest order was lost in transit which was frustrating. However, Mel and the rest of the team sorted out a replacement order which was quickly despatched, really great customer service from all involved.
I will continue to order with confidence.

Rang up for a part told me they didn’t have it then I went online and ordered it from the same company.
When they found out what it happened, they give me a new part for free so all well that ends well

Ordering was easy and delivery only a could of days. Packaged really well and secure. All items as described however, some instructions would have been welcomed. I found a video on line but I had to take them off/on several times as I wasn't sure the spacers were located correctly or the connecting joint. Also no torque guides for the mounting bolt. Overall appears to be a good product. I plan to give a few miles to check it over and then add some threadlock for piece of mind.

Few technical problems when trying to set the bike up.
Some wires had came loose, but once this was rectified the bike runs smoothly!
