Best for good service and good deals. Really nice looking shoes and excellent quality. The shoes are really comfy & worth the money. My shoes came in nice package as expected. I'm very happy about this purchase.

Delivery was prompt and shoes looked good. However after only 2 months of use many problems started popping up.

At first the white 'paint' on parts of the shoe started to wash off, which wasn't a huge problem as the shoe still looked fine. But it went downhill from there.

A few weeks later the insole started fully rubbing off, making the inside of the shoe look extremely worn out, but this was the least of my concerns, the material on the sides of the shoes started completely detaching from the sole; this was very disappointing as I only had them for just under 3 months at this point. All those problems did actually get a quick fix with a thin new insole or adding a bit of glue to keep the material on. BUT to top it all off, the air bubble underneath the heel cracked open in both shoes and actually started coming off from the other; meaning that every time I took a step there was this annoying and loud noise from the plastic being compressed, and then a click when I put up my foot. This one last thing did not have a quick fix, making my shoes unusable.

Hence after 3 months and a week or so I am left with £64 shoes that; have big patches of where there used to be white 'paint', have a completely rubbed off insole, large amounts of material are completely detached from the sole and to top it all off the air bubble is completely broken and cracked open in one shoe and partly detached from the other shoe, making them unusable due to the horrible noise they make.

For comparison, my previous trainers cost £40 and I used them for 3 years and they not only look way less worn out but also do not make any noise when using them. I had to revert to shoes that were used for 3 years after wearing Attixshoes for just over 3 months, which to my disappointment sums up the quality of those shoes.

They are great shoes if and only if you only want to have them for 2 months or less; which I think is very unfortunate.

Bought 2 pairs of shoes, in fact I ordered 3 but was quickly contacted to say they would refund me as they were not in stock. I thought 'great seems efficient" they paid the refund.
All good and the shoes were good too, but I want to return the other pair, no address anywhere, keep emailing no response. Stuck with shoes that don't fit.

They promise to deliver shoes in 5-7 days, I ordered shoes 1/11, today is 28/11 and still waiting, they are still asking me to be patient, all the time excuses like the parcel is on the way, wait 2 days till we know further info from the currier...horrible

I have just received my AWCS Elevator warm boots in a perfect order. I'm very much delighted getting the best boots are exactly as I expected to have. This company has disgraceful customer service. After purchasing a pair of shoes which they claim to deliver within 3 working days a week later I was still waiting. After sending an e-mail to find out where they were a day later they replied saying they were on the way. After receiving the shoes I decided they weren't for me so wanted to return them. The website asks for customers to contact the company to request a returns address. So I did this. No reply it has now been 2 weeks and about 7 emails 3 phone calls of which no one answers so voice mails have been left each time to ring me back urgently. I am now stuck with a pair of shoes I do not want. This company are quick to take your money but the follow up customer service is non exsistant and quite frankly rude. Be warned.

I bought some formal black shoes from this company for my upcoming wedding. I have absolutely no complaints, I thought they would have big clumpy heels but they do not they are great quality and they look great, they are very smart and make me feel great

The shoes which look good,I did not wear for a Year.my shoes this year have fallen apart sitting without getting worn.I think it is the heat of california .the sol has come apart.wrote to attix about it,nothing has been done yet.very upset.spent a lot of money to buy it.
