Update: the team did contact me and sent me a new pair of earrings of the same price value of my choice as replacement.
This is why I changed my rating to a 4 star-review. The new earrings are great and I received them very fast.

The hoops were alright but the moon-shaped studs arrived completely bend.
Also, the back piece was completely different from what was shown on the website and not comfortable.
Delivery was good.

My order did not arrive and they responded immediately by re-sending. The quality on my letter necklace is amazing, I never take it off and the color holds nice, it's also quite sturdy. I recommend!

I was very happy to have found the necklace i always wanted.

I've always wanted a necklace with my name but never find the right design until i came across Atypical. I placed my order right away but days later i decided to purchase another one but in silver since i had selected gold before. This time i had made a mistake and chose gold again. I emailed customer service right away and they happily changed it to silver. No questions asked. I was very happy. I don't take it off unless im changing it for the other one lol

Was also offered a full resend of my items at no cost at all if my parcel was lost by the carrier, but was in luck it was not.
