Great in store service: we received all the information we needed to make our choice, and felt confident about all the payment and delivery details. The staff were also lovely and we’ve recommended the shop to many of our friends and family.

The product delivered was the wrong colour. It took a long time to get a replacement. No additional effort was made to get the replacement to me quickly, at great inconvenience to me.
