Great quality and service
I have purchased dining chairs, bar stools, a dining table and side tables from Kave. Overall I’ve been very happy with the items quality, except for the side tables which are poorly designed. I had one small defect on a dining chair which was quickly resolved. Parker and the team in Fortitude Valley have been super helpful and responsive with ordering.

Well constructed and good looking furniture
We looked through several furniture stores before visiting Kave Home. The quality of the Kave Home products was immediately evident. After settling on a solid sideboard, arrangements were made for delivery, which happened quite quickly. We were kept advised of delivery progress. The fellows doing the delivery were professional in attitude. helpful and efficient. A pleasant process from initial visit to the store to setting up in our apartment.

Huge range to choose from online and…
Huge range to choose from online and excellent customer service. Chairs took a while to come in as they were out of stock but so worth the wait. Quality definitely worth the prices paid but even then lots of sales available. Would definitely purchase from Kave Home again in future.

Great product, terrible delivery experience.
The Tudons outdoor table I bought from Kave is beautiful. Well made and well finished. The communication related to the delivery was terrible though.

Very happy with the TV console and…
Very happy with the TV console and Sideboard. Love the way the grain flows from door to door in both units. Only one small suggestion...it would have been helpful if an opening for cables etc was in the rear of the TV unit, however, I cut out an opening for this purpose.

Will not purchase from Kave again!!!!
Salesman didn’t listen when we put the order in for the delivery date. We received a text to when the delivery was coming, which we asked to be delivered another time due to us not being in the city. Items where delivered with no one there and sat outside our house.

Useless lengthy delivery process
One month delivery on a product that was listed as being in stock. Useless. Delivery partner texted on the 13th of Jan that the product was ready for delivery, but the only date available for them to deliver is the 24th. Absolutely useless. If I knew the delivery process was so inefficient I'd have bought elsewhere. Cannot be clearer. This place is useless.
