Had issues with order regardless customer service was top notch and replaced immediately try to get this customer service anywhere else highly doubt it

Smooth experience, no hassles. Product as advertised and of excellent quality.

Never buy from Ninth Avenue. I bought an expensive concealer, waited ages for it I arrive with no shipping info or very little after I nagged. I received it and then get an email saying I'll get a discount if I leave a good review. Left a good review on their site. No email of a discount. Email them about it and they said we'll get back to you within 48hrs with the code. They email me the code, I go on their site and there is absolutely nowhere on that site to enter any discount code.
When I emailed them again they said I should make another order and email them the new order number and THEN they'll refund me 10% to my credit card. NEVER heard of such a thing. No thanks! I'll find it elsewhere
Update! I now can't find any link to unsubscribe to have no contact and I'm still getting email from them. After so many emails back and forth
and them no doubt seeing my review, they have now said if I reply and agree they will refund $13.60. Whatever. I just said go away out of principal.
The fact is their online service is shady, offering a discount that can only be received once you've purchased and then wait for a code number and then wait again for refund of an amount. PUT A DISCOUNT CODE FIELD on the website. The discount is generated when you purchase and the customer enters the code in that field on their next purchase. Simple?! Or is SpongeBob SquarePants doing their website and customer service?

This website is a scam. I have ordered an expensive product (>$100) and they have sent me a completely different product that costs a fraction of the price ($16)!
That are refusing to properly refund the difference. Their solution is to give me a 25% discount voucher for my next purchase. No way I am ever buying anything there again!
Avoid this website if don’t want to get scammed.

I ordered 3 products in November last year I received 2 separate orders in December and January. I never received the 3rd order. It has taken close to 6 weeks to try and get my money back, still receiving rubbish responses back from this company. I would NEVER recommend you purchase from this company

Ordered very expensive machine but received incorrect order confirmation- wrong customer and shipping address! Phoned several times, emailed several times - no success!! UNBELIEVABLE

I’d recommend these to anyone that wants a fast and painless ear piercing experience at home. I was so scared at first. I was surprised how painless it was. Second day swelling has gone down and very little redness and no pain.

Beware, they may have an Australian website but items are posted from overseas. The claim of their products being ‘genuine’ is dubious at best. I was sent a free sample size item (with the ‘Not for Sale’ specification printed on the packaging) after paying for a full sized item, RRP $140, when I reached out to them to rectify the issue, I was told I could keep the sample pot and a 25% off discount for my next purchase as a ‘gesture of goodwill’. They are not adhering to Australian Consumer Laws, which makes me wonder what else they are doing that is dodgy. I would advise everyone be VERY careful for anyone who is looking to purchase from them in the future, I certainly won’t be!
