POOR CUSTOMER service
After ordering and receiving my item they sent the wrong item they get one star because when I try to email them a few times and not getting a response I decided to call and follow it up. They said they could not help me because itâs over the 13 days of refund, even though Iâve tried emailing them multiple times with no response so they expect me to keep the item I did not want and to blame me because they didnât receive the email, which is a lie because I forwarded the emails of the original purchase as proof of what I ordered and what they actually sent me. Shocking disgusting and this is why theyâre getting a bad review

Defective product, difficult to access refund
Received a defective toiletries bag (rip on the seam on one side).
Multiple attempts, emails and phone calls, to organise a refund with the company resulting in excuses and evasive manoeuvres to get out of organising a refund.
Finally received contact from the company after posting a 1 star review - refund not directly offered until I specifically requested this but has now finally come through after much hassle so I have amended my rating to 2 stars.

The courier company used was not good - said they had tried to deliver the package (and it was undeliverable) on the tracking info - we were home and our security camera proved likewise. NinthAvenue were very good keeping in touch and trying to sort out the delivery dilemma. Have now received the parcel in good condition.

So disappointed
So disappointed. Ordered a copper mask. Had to follow up on order. 2 months later I receive it. No packaging, no information, looks nothing like what I purchased, not even a swing that. Straight off the shelf of a $2 dollar shop and I paid $87 AUD for it. Totally rip!

Absolutely dreadful service.
Absolutely dreadful service. Will be going to Fair Trading or equivalent. I spent $270 on two sets of beard oil and conditioner. Received one parcel which was supposed to contain an oil and a conditioner, but it had been ripped open and only the beard oil was still there. I contacted Ninth Avenue by phone and was told they would call me back. They have not! I called again and got no answer. I sent an email and a follow-up email, which have not been responded to. Ninth Avenue Australia then sent their automated feedback survey, which I filled out. Still no contact from them.
