During a very difficult time of my uncle passing away, we put his property up for auction via Auction House - Kent and Essex branch. Andrew and his team could not have offered a better service - they were incredible. The process was very easy, I didn’t need to do much at all aside bring down ID and complete an short form which they assisted with. They are a great team. Great advice and expertise were offered by the team including valuation. Communication was very open, clear, and constant throughout the process. I was invited to watch the auction online. The property sold within a month or just over and sold £44,000 above the asking price. I could not be happier or have had a better experience! Such a great experience buying at auction with Auction House Essex. I was very nervous to buy at auction…but after this I will only buy this way. It is so exciting! And these guys know their stuff…thank you to Andrew who was my phone contact on the day..very fast and efficient service. Top marks!!!
