From start to finish the whole experience has been flawless and I personally dealt with Jamie Fraser who has been very supportive and informative throughout. He stayed in contact with me via email letting me know the next steps. I didnt need to chase and Jamie was very efficient. I highly recommend Auction House Manchester to anyone. Always found the people at Auction House to be especially helpful. Buying at auction can be stressful and they always try and help you through the process. Evie couldn't have been any nicer.

I was put in touch with Jamie Fraser at Auction House who explained the auction process. Initially I was a little sceptical as I thought that it was more that Estate Agents didn't want to list houses at the lower end conventionally. However he was very articulate to highlight the benefits of the process and the creation of competitive tension to obtain the best value for the property. It was also really helpful that they have an option to use recommended lawyers to draw up the legal pack which is required for a property at auction. Overall the communication with both the lawyers and Auction House was first class with regular feedback regarding viewings and request for the property's legal pack. On auction day it is possible to see the auction live on-line and they achieved a sale price significantly in excess of my expectation. The whole process will be completed within 28 days and it is significantly easier than going through the conventional conveyancing process. I am going to use Auction House again for the disposal of other property assets and I have already recommended them to another associate. Thanks again Jamie Fraser for a job well done!!

Really pleased with the service and the result. I wanted rid of a rental property and really didn't have time for the hassle of a traditional sale. Honestly, I have never used an auction before so put my trust in him to set the reserve and guide price. I was incredibly happy with the result (significantly over the guide price) and the ease and efficiency of the sale was superb (the transaction completed today). I can't recommend The Auction House, Manchester, enough! We are not quite over the final hurdle yet due to some complexities but Evie and Rachel have been absolutely fantastic!!! What really stood out to me was the level of care and commitment throughout the entire experience. It’s clear that they genuinely take pride in what they do and go the extra mile to ensure everything is handled properly, but with care and that personal touch. We never felt over looked!
