After a poor service from a local estate agent we searched for other options to sell our property.

We are glad we found Auction House who sold our property. Thank you to Jamie and Callum who made everything so easy for us. Excellent communication from them both. Would highly recommend Auction House Manchester and would use them again if we were in the position to do so.

Rachel and her colleagues were all extremely helpful and understanding of the difficult circumstances of the sale. Everything was clearly explained and I was kept informed and up to date throughout the process.

I had never sold a property before by auction but on speaking to Dean and him talking me through the process i decided to take things further and meet him at the property , Dean gave me excellent advice on reserve price based on what i was hoping to achieve and filled me in what would happen next,At the time before the auction i received regular updates on progress from his staff. On the day of the auction i was over the moon at the result and all i can say is a big thank you to Dean and all his staff for a pleasant experience. Before I decided to put the property to auction i had 2 property developers trying very hard to get me to sell them the property for £98.000 less than it was worth and realised at the auction, I have no hesitation in recomeding Auction House to anybody looking to sell a property

We had tried to sell the property through the modern method of auction and found the process dragged on until we eventually had to turn to something else.Thankfully the team at Auction house did the auction through the traditional method and it was a lot more straightforward and made for a successful outcome.
