Very educational and informative and extremely well presented

Shaun is brilliant! Very helpful and knowledgeable and an expert in this field. Yesterday he fine tuned my hearing aids again to compensate for further hearing loss over time, and i am very grateful to hear much better than i expected. Thanks Shaun.

Professional, thorough, informative, relaxed, friendly and, to some extent, surprising…I didn’t realise quite how bad my hearing problem was.
Shaun is very good and the explanation of my problem made so much sense. The opportunity to try a live test was much appreciated. It was the equivalent of turning on the lights in a darkened room.

I have been wearing hearing aids for a number of years provided through a high street optician chain. I was curious to see if an approach with a highly rated local audiologist would resolve or reduce some of my difficulties. Shaun at the hidden hearing Barnstaple branch was very thorough in assessing my hearing and listening to the issues I was having.Two months on and I'm delighted with the impact my new hearing aids are having in many different situations.

Prompt service, easy booking online and Suzanne had a lovely, reassuring manner which helped me to feel calm and well cared for. She kept me informed about the process as it went along and I felt so much better after having ear wax removal - thank you so much.
