Audika - Bedford レビュー

Very welcoming on arrival.
Great customer service.
Extremely polite and courteous.
Would highly recommend Hidden Hearing.

Matt in Bedford was excellent. Friendly, calming demeanour and very patient. Extremely skilled too. Thanks Matt, I feel like I have new ears.

Very good at what they do

My left aid has been running out of power well before the right. I asked can the battery be changed? Rebecca agreed and was already getting a new battery out when she heard my query. Quick reaction !

Very nice ear review, guidance and testing.

Friendly, polite, thorough examination of your ears. All questions answered and explanation of what you will experience with new hearing aids. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I adapted to my hearing aids

Everyone I’ve dealt with at Hidden Hearing has been helpful and pleasant, and has spoken clearly. Rebecca and Maria at the Bedford Branch were personable and professional and I received lots of good advice on how to get the best out of my new hearing aids, which are a step up in quality to those I have used previously. I have waited a while before commenting so as not to be dazzled by something new. But both the team and the technology are excellent.

Prompt, Polite, Professional

Excellent, friendly service and very professional

This was a checkup and it was done thoroughly and gracefully

He tried very patiently however with little success.
I am hopeful that my next visit will achieve a result.

Helpful and pleasant staff and the problems efficiently sorted.

Maria on reception was friendly and welcoming and offered refreshments on arrival.

Rebecca explained clearly the tests which were to be carried out and the results. I will be back in a year!

The young lady named Charlotte who called to see my wife, Maureen Bell on Monday 2nd September was brilliant at her job. She showed great patience with her, because she mucks around a lot, while also showing empathy.
Maureen had been having trouble with her aid for some time and Charlotte showed her what she was doing wrong. Charlotte also reprogrammed the aid and Maureen could hear the best for a long time. So I would like to say thanks and good luck to Charlotte.
I would also like to thank Maria for looking after us and dealing with our concerns over the years. Always a pleasure to speak with.

As always the staff are extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Always put you at ease where you can feel confident in their care. Well done to Charlotte on Monday and Matt and Maria on Friday.
Previously excellent care from Daniel

Very clear and efficient service.

The audiologist was welcoming and professional, taking the time to understand my situation and work towards providing a solution that worked for me.

Very professional service. Approachable, polite, knowledgeable staff. I felt very relaxed and confident that I was in capable hands. An extremely clean and calm environment. A massive thank you to Matt for a great result.

We were put totally at our ease by James who took great care to explain everything to us. He was very patient and helpful

A relaxed and warm welcome from Maria on reception. The practitioner Matt explained exactly what would happen during the earwax removal process and what to expect. The process was quick and painless.
