Had micro suction today and was very pleased with the process from reception to the procedure by Sharon Richards. Everything was explained well. Would recommend.

I took a day off work (and as I am self employed lost a days earnings) to attend an appointment. After waiting I was told I could not have a hearing test as my wife was not with me. At no time during the booking process was I told it was mandatory to be accompanied, had they done so I would never have booked…. I had a budget of £8,000 for hearing aids, plus, no doubt, the ongoing maintenance and consumables. A complete waste of time and lost income for both them and me.

The lady who did my assessment was very helpful and friendly she advised me to contact my GP as she will contact him about my hearing problem. A few days later i received a copy of the letter she had sent to my GP i contacted my GP but he informed me that he had not yet received it but would contact me when he had read the letter. Thanks for your help.😊😊

My husband just had an appointment with hidden hearing in Braintree Essex.
Wax removal is not something out GP offers and the cost varies dramatically. We found the staff very friendly and explained everything well and the price was reasonably too

Today's consultation with Sharon Richards was first class.
Showed so much care and attention removing stubborn ear wax.
Would recommend to any one.

I had my earwax removed by Sharon in the Brentwood branch, she gave a fantastic service and she did an excellent job. My hearing is now so clear, crazy to think how I was managing to hear before. I will be back if I ever get this issue again.

Excellent attentiveness to my elderly Father’s needs and both skilful and knowledgable in Sharon’s expertise. We felt confident and relaxed with her approach, courtesy and her gentle humour.

I booked an ear wax removal procedure with Sharon at Hidden hearing in Shenfield. She explained everything in detail. Great service. Would definitely recommend.

I have received a few phone calls since asking me to make an appointment, it's seems there is an issue with you tech system. That has brought my rating down.☹️
