Audika - Bromley 19B East Street レビュー

The service was amazing, and the staff were absolutely lovely! I’m so glad I chose to come here. Thank you for making my experience so wonderful!

Had a free hearing test and everything was explained very well and professionally handled, with no unnecessary upsell.

Very good service on time and explain everything in detail

Refreshingly total improvement on previous company.
Quietly competent and careful service overcame faults suffered for months. Didn't know it could be this good!

Excellent service with both a phone call and email/text reminders a number of times to ensure appointments are known along with very good service from both Alex for 'Wax' removal and Tom for the hearing test.
Many thanks to all concerned.

Tom was very easy to talk to and clearly knew what he was doing.
He explained what was happening all the time so I understand everything clearly.

I went to hidden hearing in Bromley and saw Alex and I was pleasantly surprised. he was very professional and honest when he put the camera in he told me there was not enough wax to remove and he refused to take any money. I was extremely happy with the service and would wholeheartedly recommend him.

A very thorough test and patient helpful explanations.

It was a very detailed and comprehensive hearing test.

Very friendly knowledgeable helpful and good at listening to our concerns. Tom and Michelle were brilliant. Thank you

Although the audiologist did his very best to sort out my problems he was somewhat hampered by the system
Not having updated after the merger. It did update later and hopefully will function better than my hearing aids have recently
