Audika - Bromley 46 East Street レビュー

Arrived early and seen ahead of time. Hearing tested, filters checked, buds replaced and hearing aids updated. Well worth the visit.

Natasha Hollman came in early to fit me in for ear wax removal. She went out of her way to do this as the week before all the wax could not be extracted. She had no appointments for quite a while and when she saw how upset I was went that extra mile. She explained everything and showed me my ear drums. She made it a good experience. She is highly professional and very kind

Excellent. Service

After a not very happy experience with free NHS aids I saved up for the hearing aids recommended by Guy. What a difference. Far better sound quality, much more comfortable and don't have tubes which block every day. Just about fit and forget.

Rachel at the Bromley branch was absolutely brilliant. She knew I was nervous and made me feel completely at ease explaining every step and making sure I was comfortable. She was a relief and went above and beyond. 100% would recommend!

Polite. Inspired confidence.

Staff were very polite and kind to my 92 year old mum.

I went to Hidden Hearing Bromley yesterday to have wax removed from my ears. It was the first time I had seen Tasha and she was excellent she was more thorough than I remembered from previous occasions.

She was warm, friendly, and very efficient. So a very positive experience.

Always received a cheerful greeting followed by expert service

Excellent service.Tom Kavanagh very kind & helpful explaining things.

I had ear wax removal at Hidden Hearing 2 weeks ago and couldn't be happier. Tasha explained the procedure so well and everything went perfectly. My ear wax removal was completely easy and no pain at all. I can recommend Tasha st Hidden Hearing in Bromley

I had a brilliant service from Tasha in the Bromley branch of Hidden Hearing.

I initially booked one appointment and Tasha is the perfect person to be looking after you and your ears given her calm presence and expertise on hearing and wax removal.

She ran through everything clearly and then the procedure was extremely easy and comfortable. It completely cleared my ears of wax and I had to revisit a couple of weeks later free of charge in order to safely clear my left ear.

Overall I would highly recommend Tasha at Hidden Hearing for wax removal and I will be visiting as a happy customer in future should the need arise.

Life changing is how I would describe being fitted with the latest technology in hearing aids. With practically no hearing in my right ear meeting with groups of friends in noisy places was difficult. Now I can join in. Thank you Guy.

Always pleasant, efficient and helpful

The appointment was prompt and efficient. Very attentive and put Mum at ease. Location so much better than going to Bromley.

Professional as always, explained everything in detail, friendly atmosphere at branch, very good service from Guy

All the staff are polite and welcoming. The technical aspect is very informative and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.

Welcoming, efficient and even educational
