The two staff at the Chester-le-Steet clinic were so friendly. The receptionist made me feel welcome from the minute I walked in, and the ear wax removal treatment was performed, by Jackie, with care and precision. As was the case in my previous appointment, Jackie talked through the procedure, and she ensured that all the wax was removed from both ears. She also advised me to apply ear drops on a weekly basis as a preventative measure, but also to pop into the clinic to have my ears checked whenever I felt the need, and I found this really reassuring. We both agreed that I would, in all likelihood, need another wax removal treatment in six months time.
This is my second visit to the Chester-le-Street clinic, and, crucially, I feel that I am in good hands! So, I would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs ear wax removal treatment, and also to anyone who has any concerns about their ear health.

A stable staff means that your needs and usage are remembered over the years. You are assured of a warm welcome and very professional attention. Highly recommended.

Both Heather the receptionist, and Jackie the audiologist were very pleasant, professional and helpful.
The clinic in Chester le Street is also conveniently situated for access.

I went to get my ears syringed so that my otica hearing aids can be checked.
However the micro suction seemed inadequate and wax was left in my ears, l therfore do not feel the syringing should be paid for. Over the years I have had this process done intermittently and left with clean ears, also a problem with my right hearing aid remains unresolved.

It's the staff. Jackie and Heather are very professional and helpful. And they do everything with a smile.
