Really marvellous experience. Gordon and Michele are very friendly and helpful. In depth hearing test. Hearing aids awesome. Expensive but worth the expense

From the minute we walked in we was made to feel good and relaxed, the hearing test was excellent and all explained as we went on, he even printed out the graft and explained what it all ment. The only downside to it was that I couldn't afford them, but a really good experience

I attended the Clacton-on-Sea branch of Hidden Hearing today. This was the first time I had this procedure. I was dealt with by Debbie who was fantastic. She explained everything in great detail and was very professional. I left with my hearing 100% better and could hear so much more clearly. I will definitely return in the future when required.

Earwax removal was quick and not the least unpleasant. This was followed by a thorough hearing test and the results were as expected, not good. I now have my hearing aids and getting a far better and richer life experience. The team at Clacton were excellent, friendly and informative. I'm glad I took the plunge.

Debbie was absolutely great, she was very professional and I felt comfortable throughout the process. Was so satisfying to have all that wax removed and I could see the huge difference before and after via the images of the ear canal shown to me. I can also hear much better now :)

Debbie made the entire experience wonderful with the ear wax removal. I was made to be in the driving seat the entire way and Debbie was extremely professional throughout.

My experience from the initial hearing test, wax removal and follow up has been excellent. I would recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone who has difficulty with their hearing. The staff at the Clacton branch are very professional and caring in every way.

Debbie managed to suck out the monstrosity which was lodged deep into my ear! Instant relief and full hearing straight away! Honestly I felt like a kid on Christmas with how happy I am now! It was pure torture before she got her hands on it! Crazy how much can be stuck in your ears! It was a painless procedure and I can’t recommend enough, if your ears are blocked and causing pain and discomfort go and see Debbie asap.

Saw Debbie today who magically removed the offending ear wax. Painless and very efficient. She explained every step and made it an easy experience!

I deal with Hidden Hearing on behalf of my mother. She has had aids from them for at least 6/7 years. The previous aids were satisfactory but my mother was supplied with a newer model last year which disintegrated. The audiologist said she had not seen anything like it. It was replaced free of charge, still under guarantee, and we opted this time to have aids for both ears (previously only one ear). However both of them are showing signs of not working properly and we can't get the wax filters to stay in. In fact there seem to be no ports into which to place the filters, just a hole. We never had this with the previous aids which each lasted several years. It seems like the newer ones are substandard. I'm waiting for HH to come back to me after leaving a message to make an appointment to try to sort this out.

I recently made an appointment with Hidden Hearing as I was concerned that my hearing was getting bad.
My audiologist was Gordon Dunn and he quickly made me feel at ease. It became quite obvious that I needed hearing aids.
I’ve been using them now for about 10 days and they have made so much difference. I can now hear the birds singing again. Easily hear conversations with friends and family and have been able to turn the sound down on the television quite considerably.
I have found Gordon very professional and helpful. Also Michele Csaforda is always helpful and friendly when I have spoken to her on the phone.
I can’t recommend this team enough.

I have been having trouble with impacted ear wax,water retention and ear infections, I have been to my doctors and was told that the NHS no longer removes earwax!!
This is now carried out by the private sector.
I found via Google Hidden Hearing in Clacton,and spoke to Michelle who explained how it works and what I should expect.Since then I have visited 3 times and the whole experience has been for me a revelation,wax removed,water removed,ear infection improved dramatically,plus a short hearing test to see how your hearing is. Your Gp is informed of every procedure and the results by the next morning should any medication be required.At the Clacton branch Michelle is receptionist and Wendy and Debbie are the Nurses who carry out the procedures,all three ladies are very professional, very good at what they do,and very good at explaining not only at what they are going to do, but also what they have found.I highly recommend this branch,because the service is excellent

The audiologist was patient and explained everything in an easy manner. He was very helpful in setting up the app and showed me all the settings.
The whole visit was welcoming from the moment I stepped into the reception.

I went here today for a hearing test. I found that all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Gordon put me at ease and explained to me about my hearing loss. And how I can remedy it. He spent a lot of time with me explaining everything that I needed to know. Michele on reception was friendly and helpful & put me at ease as well. Cannot fault the service I had. Will recommend them to my friends and family.
