Audika - Croydon レビュー

Great attention to detail and patience from Hannah Leech produced extraordinary results.

I was a bit wary as this was my first visit since Amplifon have come under the wing of Audika, but great to be able to go local again as my branch of Amplifon had closed.
But all good! Lauren was friendly and professional. I felt at ease and she spent the time necessary and genuinely seemed to want the best outcome. Would recommend.

Knowledgeable and courteous staff.
Comprehensive consultation.

The audiologist, Helen, is what makes my trips to Audika 5 star. She is efficient, explains everything thoroughly and is extremely pleasant.

The practitioner was professional and helpful and gave clear explanation of my hearing screening chk

Professional audio expert. Made me very welcoming. Appointment was bang on time. Environment of work is clean and tidy. The check up very thorough. Explained all hearing issues succinctly. On the whole a good experience.

Appointment on time. All explained well. Able to purchase all I needed.

Very friendly staff who helped to explain everything to me

Lauren was very professional explaining why she was unable to complete the examination.

Firstly the pleasant and welcoming attitude always received by Linda on reception, Hanna the specialist and even the gentleman who did my wax removal.I will surely not be the only Golden Oldey having difficulty to admit to loss of hearing, but the people mentioned above made it much easier to accept. Thank you

Hannah was very helpful and explained everything in detail, about the difference between the NHS device and the premium device that was on offer.
The tests and differences I was able to hear was great.
However, the cost is quite high, and as I am waiting for further tests on the NHS regarding my Tinnitus I have put on hold my decision.
