Audika - Dumfries レビュー

A very thorough examination and hearing test. Advice given was appropriate and not trying to sell a hearing aid above my current needs. Staff polite and friendly as usual. My husband has been using them for years.
I’m currently using NHS ones issued nearly 3 years ago which need new batteries every 4 to 5 days and have not been reassessed in that time.

Ryan was very friendly, professional and the whole experience was 100% better than the NHS

Excellent friendly service.
No complaints.
Well looked after

Very calm, and nobody laughed at my absurd hearing mistakes. Now I am part of daily life.

The audiologist was very experienced and efficient and the receptionist was helpful and pleasant. They were both very nice

very good communication and advice from nice staff

Very easy to talk to, Excellent welcome

Pleasant young man who explained everything clearly

When I used to live in Glasgow I always went to Glassford Street and continued to do so after I moved to Portpatrick as there was no local branch. This involved an overnight stay due to the amount of travel time involved. This year however, I was told I could go to a consultation in Stranraer (only a 15 minute drive) which was carried out by a member of staff based in Dumfries. The room was very spacious with no distracting noises when doing the hearing test. The audiologist, Alicia Conway, was very pleasant and explained everything very clearly. Very happy overall.

Nice friendly staff very professional

Excellent service home visit

Friendly practitioner who explained everything clearly and took time to listen to my views.

My Husband had an appointment today with Alicia she was very professional also Alicia explained everything she was going to do for the hearing test.

Whenever I attend the Branch in Dumfries, I find the staff always polite and efficient, and give a good quality service. Ryan is always on hand to give his expert advice.

Amazing customer service from the Dumfries team.
Booked a last minute appointment with Donna for my father in law to get an ear wax removal procedure with Kirsty.
As we were going on a family holiday we needed him seen as quickly as possible. Thankfully we were able to get an appointment on the same day, ear wax cleared, very happy customer and we were all able to enjoy our holiday without shouting 😀 thanks so much!

home visit today went perfect the Girl was spot on and did the job professionally
Thank you

The staff were very helpful, kind and supportive at all times

Had wax removed from my Ears by Kirsty at the Dumfries site, she was professional , caring, explained all the processes clearly and with empathy. I felt very safe in her care and demand she gets a big pay rise! Also Donna on reception was lovely, friendly and very efficient, extra pay here too please. Will be back here next time my ears decided they are a candle factory.
