Painless, doesn’t take long and if a second visit is required, no extra cost. Therese is experienced and confident with a good sense of humour. She is good at explaining each step before and during the procedure.

The man was very informative about my ear condition

Good service, substantial set of hearing tests conducted resulting in the need for hearing aids, good advice given.
More expensive than I’d thought and they have a life of around 5 years before replacement needed. I now need to make a decision.

This was my first annual hearing aid check up. David the Audiologist was attentive, thorough and reassuring with the check up findings, next steps and any queries I had. 5 stars from me.

Friendly, professional staff. The nurse explained the process and the findings to me clearly and offered advice about next steps.

David was really good with me, explained everything to me. I had been having a bad time with my expensive hearing aids and David sorted it all out for me. I am now very happy with them. David also checked my ears and changed out my domes. Adjusted my hearing on the computer and went through my app with me so I could change sound etc plus to help with background noise. I really enjoyed my visit and came out very happy with my review. Thank you David
