A very professional organisation. Gaye is a delight, so warm, friendly and welcoming. I always feel like part of the family when I visit. Ben was extremely helpful explaining the various options available to me (I never felt under pressure) and the aftercare service is superb.

Sterling service. Lovely premises. Gaye on reception was such a pleasure to deal with. Deserves every compliment. She got me seen the same day by Beth, who was very helpful and professional, taking all the time needed to deal with and explain. 5 stars all round.

Ben Always listens to my issues related to my hearing/vertigo and actually told me what the issues may be before my appointment with E N T. On time and good reminders not just age but since retiring no diary days blend into each other. great service overall.

I took in my hearing aid that wouldn’t work. The audiologist was away but gaye on reception managed to sort out the problem. She was absolutely lovely and stayed late to do this for me. What a star.

My husband travelled from our home to Eastbourne forgetting to bring any new filters for his hearing aids.
We called in to see Gaye at Hidden Hearing and she was extremely helpful in every way helping us to try out a few examples before she found the correct ones!! We can highly recommend HH and Gaye for their quality of service, help and especially Gaye’s smiling welcome 😃
