One of my aids was not funtioning well for some time but this visit, hopefully, will resolve the problem. I felt better informed after this appointment but maybe I missed some of the detail a year ago, because of my age, when I purchased the hearing aid then.

An excellent experience from start to finish. A warm smiley welcome from Alison the receptionist and seen on time.The audiologist Emma was extremely knowledgeable, took time to explain everything clearly, and was very patient and reassuring. I didn’t feel rushed and felt comfortable to ask questions. I felt completely confident in the advice and care I received. Truly first-class service — highly recommended.
I managed to get a free nearby parking space too😊 👂🏻 !

The staff are friendly and helpful and put you at ease as soon as you walk through the door. They take you through each step at your own pace and explain the significance of each step to your hearing.
A fascinating insight into the effects of hearing loss which gradually creeps into our lives.

Emma was great, very knowledgeable and very good at explaining everything. Empathetic too - understands how it feels to have problems with hearing.
So, so different to the NHS people and the aids available.

Personal attention in my home. Polite, helpful technician. Thorough test, all questions answered. Aids were available immediately.

The staff were friendly and efficient and I felt at ease. Everything was explained to me in advance and afterwards. I was even given a hearing test after the wax removal. Excellent service.

A very comprehensive set of tests carried out in a friendly and courteous way with everything explained and completely free. We were offered coffee on arrival and all staff were pleasant and most helpful.

Needing urgent advice about my hearing aid, I contacted the company by text. As soon as the request was sent to my local centre in Exeter, an audiologist was found who could fit in a visit to my home and he arrived within two hours. The problem was immediately identified and dealt with. I was so impressed with the efficiency and kindness of the attention I received. My hearing is now restored. Thank you very much.

I visited Hidden Hearing in Exeter this afternoon for a follow up after purchasing new hearing aids a couple of weeks ago. The audiologist Emma Rooms couldn't have been more helpful and attentive and took great pains to ensure that my hearing aids were adjusted to give maximum performance and she also very helpfully set up my mobile phone to communicate with the hearing aids via the Oticon app and to route phone calls via my hearing aids. Her service was excellent and couldn't be faulted in any way and she was extremely professional and personable.

Whenever I contact Hidden Hearing the operatives are friendly and helpful.

My second appointment at Exeter Hidden Hearing with Emma Rooms on Wednesday 23rd July was so pleasing and with a great outcome...I can now hear so much better!

A lovely welcome from alison the receptionist and a welcome cup of coffee . The office so clean and modern.
The dispenser Emma Rooms gave me a thorough MOT of my ears and explained everything very clearly.She adjusted my hearing aids and made another appointment for check up next year. I have no hesitation in recommending Hidden Hearing in Exeter. No sales pressure at all. You won't be disappointed by the informative appointment and thorough check up of your ears.

Emma Rooms in Exeter was a delight. She was very knowledgeable, efficient and personable. I love my hearing aids and they make all the difference to my life.
