Very pleasant experience from start to finish

A true salesman

Just had a consultation with Jack Turner in Exeter.
What a very professional young man.
Explained everything perfectly.
Thank you Jack.

Excellent checkup with my problems sorted. Came away a happy customer with my aids working as they should

Fabulous Service from Hidden hearing .
Although my symptoms matched the point where a hearing aid was warranted the benefits were not as expected and no great help .
Mike was extremely helpful in going through the Aids and very patient with me .
The refund was very prompt to which I was very grateful .
Hidden hearing kept to there word and I shall have no hesitation to return when my wife complains again !!

I have used Hidden Hearing before they are very thorough Would recommend well pleased

Speedy rectification of my problem

Having had an invitation after 6 months of purchasing hearing aids from Hidden Hearing, Exeter, to go back for a review of how I was getting on, I had an excellent session with the audiologist Mike, who was able to give me some extra very good tips on how to optimise the performance of the aids. All this was done in a very professional, efficient and friendly manner

Very friendly helpful and efficient service as always.

I have been using Hidden Hearing, Exeter for 2 years. The service is always very professional and very thorough. The Oticon hearing aids they supply are not cheap, however quality is excellent and service is superb.

The practitioner in Exeter is experienced and that is obvious from the moment one is welcomed into the surgery. His knowledge is first rate and the care taken in all the tests and application thereafter from the results was really helpful. Many thanks.
