Have dealt with Mick for many years and also saw Avni this morning for the first time to have new devices set up and fitted. Avni was very patient and professional as well as knowledgeable about the new functionality in addition to the use of the website. What an asset she is to HH. Well done to her and Mick and all at Team Guildford.

You were made to sit at ease whilst the procedure was being explained to you. The procedure was done very professionally, efficiency & ended with a job well done. I can hear now which makes me feel more human again!

Everything is fine

Joe came to do a home visit for my elderly parents who were both struggling with their hearing. He explained the hearing test and options for the hearing aids thoroughly, and was very patient and kind with mum and dad. It’s lovely the whole family can have a proper conversation with both of them now, it’s made everything so much easier for everyone. Would highly recommend Hidden Hearing, the service has been outstanding from start to finish, we cannot thank you enough Joe!

Friendly staff who explained everything very clearly. Hearing test was carried out on time and results shared, concerns discussed and all in all very helpful and informative.

It's now a year since my initial hearing test and subsequent purchase and fitting of Oticon hearing aids. Although these hearing aids were an expensive investment, their performance has been excellent and Guildford Hidden Hearing have provided excellent customer service through their follow on appointment process and hearing aid adjustments.

Excellent service, resolved the issue I had, retuning my aid to reflect a change in my hearing.

I have had a couple of sessions over last few weeks at Hidden Hearing in Guildford. I’ve had a few problems with one of my ears but the practitioner Kathryn was helpful, thorough and very professional. She diagnosed the problem and dealt with it effectively. Tinnitus much reduced in that ear

My husband started to experience hearing loss a couple of years ago and after researching several companies, we called Hidden Hearing in Guildford for an assessment, conducted by Mike Colclough.
It was a pleasant experience: he explained the different hearing aids on offer, he told us what was right for my husband (the most expensive one may not be the right one for you) and he sold him his hearing aids which he has had since the beginning of 2020.
We are delighted with Hidden Hearing, Mike has been my husband’s point of contact; he loves the continuity of care which is exemplary. We meet twice a year but we can call any time if there is a problem.
Mike is patient – he took infinite care to explain why you should wear your hearing aids all day, he explained the changes in your brain when hearing loss is not addressed (it’s scary).
We attend the meetings together, it is important that we both understand my husband’s situation and it gives us the opportunity to ask questions. You will be in safe and caring hands with Mike.

Hidden Hearing give a wonderful aftercare service as well as the best hearing devices on the market.
As you get older managing gadgets gets more difficult but Hidden Hearing in Guildford have always been very helpful when I have a problem.

Excellent service

I have no complaints at all about the service. However, my hearing aids are refusing to pair with the TV gadget. The blue lights are on, but when I click on the TV icon on my smart phone, it drops out. I have attempted to email Oticon, but I have changed my email and the link refuses to let me correct it! Maddening
