Liam is knowledgeable and approachable. The clinic is well organised and the appointments always run on time. There is no sales pressure to upgrade - very professional.

They take great care of you at Hidden Hearing. From the warm welcome at reception to the genial and helpful advice from the audiologist I knew I was in good hands. Now I am in possession of a set of hearing aids that are comfortable and efficient. I have turned down the volume on both my radio and my TV!

Very lovely experience at Hidden Hearing last week. Mary on reception was very friendly and Belinda who carried out the procedure was great - very engaging, personable and answered all my questions. Would recommend!

When I attended my appointment at Hidden Hearing in Hove on Wednesday 22nd of I had serious worries about the Hearing Aids which I purchased in December. Liam, the Hearing Aid Consultant dispelled these concerns in a friendly, helpful and professional manner. He listened to all my questions and acted accordingly. Without Liam’s help I would probably have cancelled on this occasion. Mary, the Receptionist, was also friendly and even provided a cup of tea which was very welcome. John Bell

Hearing tested and hearifng aids given annual MOT

Saved Christmas! Walked in today and they fixed my Mum’s hearing aids, without charge. Lovely people - will use them myself in future. Thank you 🙏

Welcoming and so helpful when testing my hearing. I had an amazing experience at the age of 50 when they tested a hearing aid in my ‘deaf’ ear and I could hear on that side! I haven’t heard anything for nearly all my life.
Very emotional experience with supportive audiologist. I recommend Hidden Hearing.

The Brighton staff are professional and friendly, but the hearing aids do t let.e function properly in noisy conditions and wind noise is a huge problem.

Liam (audiologist) and Mary (office) both very professional, friendly and helpful, dealing with my visit for the free hearing test I was offered after completing the free online hearing test on the Hidden Hearing website. In my follow up email I asked if i will receive a report, confirming the findings of my test for my records (this can be a simple email or 1 line/ 1 para automated report) and am waiting for clarification from someone in the team at time of writing. The explanation during the consultation and on screen was great (and maybe I should have asked to take a screen shot of the graph), but to benchmark future changes, I think some kind of take away record is good, for comparison purposes as my hearing continues to change with age.

If you are even thinking you might have a hearing issue, this is the place to go.

Liam Colclough, the hearing specialist, was completely professional and kind. He listened carefully to my issues, provided a thorough hearing test and explained the various options that could address my hearing. Moreover, he was able to provide my practically invisible hearing aides so quickly, I was able to get to a theatre and hear a play clearly for the first time in 2 years!

Mary, the administrative assistant, is also a professional gem, getting me booked in quickly, is charming and helped me through the easy process.

A five star review….if I could give 6 stars, I would!
